Located between Lake Placid and Saranac lake, with Scarface Mountain only 200 yards away. Two bedroom cabin (King and Queen) with a large fenced back yard with a fire pit. This house is dog friendly with two large doggie doors to back yard. We do have an additional $75 cleaning fee for up to two dogs. Lots of parking and additional parking for trailers. A pontoon boat for rent. Nice back yard lounge area and a BBQ for grilling. The house is located on a main road there will be some road noise.

The property has its own private dock accessible for personal motor boat use and is equipped with a Canoe, 2 Kayaks, and Pedal Boat for guest use! 5 mins to Downtown Saranac Lake and 20 mins to Lake Placid. It easily sleeps 8+ so it’s perfect for families, big groups, and well behaved furry friends. There are three bedrooms with California kings plus one queen sleeper couch in the separate living room. There are picturesque views from all 3 levels to enjoy sunsets, sunrises and the resident Bald Eagle soaring by.

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.
