The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

This chalet has a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with a sofa that can be converted into another single bed, accommodating 3 people in total. Chalet 3 has a TV in the living room, an equipped kitchen and a microwave. The Vila has a large yard full of greenery and a covered barbecue area, as well as parking spaces. Quiet environment ready to provide beautiful moments with family and friends. *This chalet has no air-conditioning.
