Holiday rentals with a pool in Saquarema

We spent more than a month in the space and had a great stay. The residence is located within a very quiet condominium. Well located, close to the beach. It could have more comfortable chairs (they are plastic benches and there are only two with backrests) to give more comfort to those who, like us, work in the home office. The shower in the suite doesn't heat up much either, but we only had a few cold days, so it wasn't a problem. The host is very helpful. I recommend it!

The stay at Thiago's house was simply perfect! The pool is large and very well taken care of, ideal for relaxing with the family. Bed and bath linens were super smelling, a care that made all the difference. The garden is amazing, brings a sense of peace and contact with nature. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, ensuring great nights of sleep. The location is also a great highlight: we practically opened the gate and we were already on the beach! In addition, the kitchen is complete, with everything we need during the stay. Thiago was an excellent host. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

I had a wonderful stay! The host was very attentive and helpful, always available for questions. The space was clean, with the exception of the bathroom. We miss the loungers in the pool. The rest is exactly as in the pictures. The location is good, but the street is not paved. Near markets and bakeries. I felt at home and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

What a wonderful experience, since the first contact with Vanessa that was super polite and requests, until the moment of departure everything was perfect! the property is excellent for families who want safety and space. Large rooms inside a condo with excellent facilities. local with great ventilation. Pool and barbecue outside the condominium.

Apartment near the beach, has all the utensils for a great stay, it is very large and comfortable.

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

Jorge and his wife were very attentive from the beginning, making check-in flexible both on arrival and departure, and always available for what we needed... the accommodation is very good, comfortable and private, beach house style and about 150 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the market... close to good restaurants and shopping area... I certainly recommend it.

Beachfront apartment, cable TV, internet, very functional household appliances. Family condominium, quiet, with parking, automatic gate, living area and barbecue. Close to shops, downtown Iguaba, pharmacies and all the amenities the place offers. We intend to return at least twice a year. Excellent location. Very welcoming and attentive host. Extremely safe neighborhood. Perfect rental for couples and families with children.

great location, everything matches the ad, Denis guided us on tours, fast food, even the city show that was celebrating its birthday, super attentive, incredible place, I highly recommend both the accommodation and the beaches, the city. Arraial do Cabo, I will definitely return.
