Beautiful stay at Casa Amarelha! IMPECCABLE Super clean, with beautiful, thoughtful details. They welcomed us very kindly and one day when the gas ran out they replaced it right away. The house is 1 block from the sea, you can hear the waves from it. It is a wide, uncrowded beach with strong waves (not so suitable for swimming... more like a dip and go out) But quite close you have other beaches that are a little more crowded, places to eat and shop. Ideal for those who like a quiet vacation. Also ideal for surfers! They lent us a board, a luxury. Just keep in mind, the house is small, one room and no door. We were a family so we adapted to the lack of privacy, but we thought it was a detail that is good to know. Thanks so much for hosting us! It's been a wonderful few days.

We spent a week with my partner and felt at home. The accommodation is super equipped with cooking utensils and linens, up to hammocks. We made use of bikes to tour the area and shop, it's a very comfortable way to get around Jaconé. Ivan very kindly welcomed us and advised us with means of transport and places to go out to eat, he was very attentive. We were delighted with the house, it is a very cozy place. In addition to being very close to the beach. We are certainly looking forward to returning soon. Thank you very much for everything!

My family and I had a wonderful experience! The space is beautiful, comfortable, with an authentic decoration that transmits every welcome and a very charming garden. We spent the New Year, and the energy was great, a perfect place to celebrate with peace of mind. In addition, Renata was super attentive and gave us all the necessary support, always available and ready to help. We were very well received and we were left with a feeling of being at home. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

It was wonderful, I spent my birthday in a very special place, I highly recommend everything, very clean, cozy, super safe and well located in the heart of Saquarema, we will definitely return more times

The apartment is on the ground floor, with a large private garage space, being able to park 4 vehicles with ease. The environments were identical to those of the photographs inserted in the listing. We stayed at the end of July, the weather was pleasant and we didn't even connect the fan during the night..only one of the rooms is air-conditioned. However, all rooms have a ceiling fan. The apartment is very well located, with easy access to the beach, several options of restaurants, shops and a pharmacy.

This is the second time I stay at this location. And I hope to catch it available on my next vacation. The unit is clean, has great space, AC, good internet connection. There are great food places for lunch, breakfast, dinner, snacks around it. I was able to walk to different places for everything I needed. Allan is always responsive, and helps with questions or anything needed really. My favorite part about this location is that it’s right by the sea. The view is incredible. I was able to spend my days at the beach and walk up whenever I needed something. Allan, thank you for allowing me to stay there again. Your place is truly the best!

Great experience! The house is great, very well located (20 min walk to the bus station and 10 min walk to the beach) and very well equipped. Otávio is a superhost, he maintained great communication at all times, made check-in flexible, left gallons of water in the house, sparkling wine (we spent New Year's Eve there) and even picked us up at the bus station. I recommend it!

Mr. Ary great host I always request. The house is very good, clean and with clean bedding and pillows, with all the necessary kitchen utensils and good conservation. The environment of the condominium is very good and family friendly.

The house faces the beach, which, despite being a little wild, has lifeguards along its entire length, which guarantees safety. Walking along the waterfront to the stone square, where the church is located, is just a 30-minute delightful walk. There were 13 of us and the house accommodated everyone comfortably: there are 5 suites and two more bedrooms, one of which we didn't even use. The structure of the house is complete and we had no problems with the stipulated times for use of the leisure area. The place was impeccably clean and well-equipped, perfect for making the most of your stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Saquarema!

The stay during the carnival exceeded our expectations! Luis is a very receptive and pleasant host, he welcomed us very well and gave several tips for the region and support in what we need. We were delighted with the structure of the house, well airy, clean and served us perfectly well. My pet, Tiquinho, also loved and was very well received. We are sure to refer and host again. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, very close to the beach, practically just across the track. Quiet surroundings, an excellent outdoor space, easy location, very easy and quiet check-in and check-out, Will is always ready to respond, resolve situations and even gave tips about the place. We stayed on New Year's Eve, and even so the neighborhood and also the people who attended the beach and the shows are very quiet and the atmosphere is very familiar.

Lia and Giovanni welcomed us with open arms, with the ability to speak both Portuguese and Spanish. We went with 4 friends to relax and surf and that was just what we got. A hyper pleasurable week in and out of the house. Since we arrived they provided us with relevant information, they helped us with finding tables and suits for surfing, they recommended places and supermarkets, but above all the house is INCREDIBLE. Being able to get up and down from the beach is a pleasure, with spectacular sunsets and unparalleled comfort, an authentic beach house, which we almost didn't want to leave with all the amenities that it has. Located really well, everything a walking distance. Giovanni was always available for anything during the stay, a single message away and always with a smile, total genius.

The house is better than in the photos, we enjoyed the new year! Very solicitous landmark and we were greeted by chocolate, panettone and even champagne! We plan to come back and rent more often, it's super close to the beach.

My family and I love weekends at Alan and his father's house. The house can accommodate even more people, it's so big. The location is a super quiet place facing the beach of Jácone with a wonderful pool. I just have to thank you for the total attention that Alan and his father gave us.

The apartment is excellent and is located in the best Point of Itaúna, close to the best in the region. Wake up overlooking the sea is an additional one.

Good accommodation, clean rooms, kitchen and bedrooms with everything at your disposal. House with great outdoor area. We had minor complications such as a power outage and a problem with the refrigerator, but the owner was proactive and always available to resolve any situation, being in contact with us all the time, even on New Year's Eve.

Excellent accommodation, there were 11 of us and everyone was very comfortable, the rooms are great, with an en-suite, which contributes to the privacy of couples with children. Good utensils for the kitchen, barbecue and etc. The view from the upper rooms facing the beach is stunning, we could watch the sunset, which is beautiful. The beach in front is not so good for diving because the sea is strong, it is dangerous for children, but it did not interfere with our stay at all, as the house has a great starting point for tours, we went to Búzios, Arraial do Cabo and etc… We will certainly take advantage of the accommodation on the next opportunity. The hosts are excellent, they give all the necessary attention.
