Holiday rentals with a patio in Saplunara

It was a very nice one bedroom with great view of the city walls and Fort Lovrijenac, most importantly with private parking just right at the door. The apartment is specious and neat. 5 minutes of walking down hill to the old town. Definitely my place to stay when visiting Dubrovnik!

Beauty, serenity and incredible views! Our stay was an amazing experience. The apartment is a modern, spotless apartment about 25 minutes from the old town of Dubrovnik. We very much appreciated the tranquility of the location, with birds chirping in the morning as we took in the breathtaking views of Dubrovnik. A big plus for us was the famous Sveti Jakov beach which was only a 5 minutes walk away. We did morning and sunset swims, and even ate dinner at the beach restaurant. The beach felt very much like a hidden gem, especially at the end of our day tours. Our host Jelena was extremely friendly, and responsive, answering messages within minutes. She even placed a pizza delivery order for us on our first night as we were tired after a long travel day. Visitors should know that this apartment is a bit difficult to access and there are many stairs. This was not a problem for us because Jelena made sure we had help to carry our luggage. Wonderful place in the most peaceful harbour. We loved swimming from straight in front of the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. There are several good restaurants in the bay, but the apartment is fully equipped to cook a meal in and enjoy the fabulous balcony. Frane was very easy to communicate with and arranged for us to check in early. I cannot recommend this place more highly. Just book it.

We had a wonderful stay at Silvina’s studio in Dubrovnik! The apartment is exactly as pictured - modern, beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly cozy. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the Old Town. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and we immediately felt at home. The location is fantastic—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet close to everything. Be prepared for a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment, which can be a bit of a workout if you have heavy luggage, but it’s well worth it once you step inside. Silvana was a gracious and responsive host, making our experience seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for a stylish and peaceful place to stay in Dubrovnik with a touch of charm and authenticity, this is it.

We had an AMAZING stay with David and Ursula! The complex is in a stunningly beautiful area, close to beach and beach club, easily walkable to the old town. Ursula gave us great recommendations for restaurants, transport and things to do around the island, she really made sure we enjoyed our time there. The place itself is amazing, clean, had everything, and the views from the balcony can’t be beat. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Beautiful place with a great patio looking out to an amazing view. The place was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The only little thing is it is high up on a hill, which makes sense to get the wonderful view, but sometimes Ubers cancelled on us if it was too hot for us to walk down. Otherwise earlier in the day or in the evening the walk down was easy and had no issues getting an uber back up! Would definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely stay at Marina's place. From the apartment is a beautiful view of the ocean. The place itself is a terrific combination of old and new and very comfortable. Actually this apartment saved me because I was at another place where i couldn't manage the stairs and this was pretty easy access with just 2 stairs to enter the property. My visit was off season. I was on the island on Sunday. Luckily this apartment is just down the street from what I believe is the only business open on off-season Sunday, a lively pizzeria. Marina was very helpful. Her recommendations always met my needs and she was easy to get a hold of. I fully recommend this place.

Maja is very nice and the Airbnb is a very good one. It's a great value. Just keep in mind the location is outside Dubrovnik so you will have to take the bus or Uber into the city.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Great apartment with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute of it. It’s not a big apartment, but it was great for a one night stay. It was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The was comfortable. The lights in the apartment were warm and cozy, we loved it. The view is so beautiful, we enjoyed our time on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were great as well.

My wife and I stayed here with parents and family for the first time and we will be back for sure. The house is really unique, beach is basicly in front of house. Everything is so peacfull and place is brand new . Hosts were very welcoming , provided everything we needed !

The house is beautifully positioned in the peaceful little harbour village of Pozurska Luka on the island of Mljet.

We had a great stay at the apartment! The communication was brilliant, there were clear instructions for arrival! The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and tidy and a perfect spot for exploring Dubrovnik and the old town. We would highly recommend Blaženka’s place.

Wonderful stay in a quiet location. Perfect views and weather. Pool area had plenty of sun all day round. Hot tub shaded. Great communication with host and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay in Marina’s place. A lovely 2 bedroom apartment with great sea views from the balcony. A 20 min walk from the old town with a quiet swimming spot just across the road. A few steps to climb, but that’s how you get the view😀

The accommodation offered by Dragan is worth a visit, it is a beautiful accommodation very well maintained. Dragan is very responsive to any requests you may have, he will provide you with a multitude of useful links, for the location of the accommodation, views of Dubrovnik, nearby shops, good deals for visits etc. In short, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed and Dragan's mom is just as kind and welcoming...

We had a lovely stay at Ivan's apartment in Slano and very much enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you could wish for, we especially loved the big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun with a lovely view of the sea and the hills. Ideal for breakfast. Ivan is an exceptionally good host, always communicating swiftly, friendly and supportive. He has many good ideas and tips for travelling, so make sure to talk to him. We can definately recommend this apartment and wish to come back.

Just stayed a week at the Chris Grey apartment and we had the best trip. Mia and Jelena were perfect hosts and were so helpful! They recommended all of the best places for food and sight seeing as well as the best transport routes. They were both very responsive to any questions I had and made our week feel like home. The apartment is beautiful and clean. It is in a great location between the old town and the port so it is not far to walk to each place. The balcony was the best part in the apartment as the views were beautiful. I recommend this place to all my friends and family for the future. Thank you - Perfect!

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Incredible apartment dead center of the old town. Great view, very quiet, great AC, clean comfy beds. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.
