Holiday rentals with a patio in São Simão

Joana’s home is the perfect location to explore Lisbon. It is very close to a lot of shopping and tourist attractions. There are tons of restaurants options available within close proximity. I would love to stay in Joana’s home again when I come back to Lisbon.

We were a group of four friends staying over a long weekend in this apartment and I have to say just wow! The apartment is very clean and has lots of space for a group of four. AC in every room, two balconys, full equiped kitchen and a short walk from lots of happenings in the city. Artur was an amazing host with good local recommendations, friendly messages and guidance. We loved our stay here and would love to come back!

The house is located between Cintra's amazing palaces and castles and Colare's beautiful beaches, making it ideal for a gettaway. The house itself was very clean, with comfortable beddings and aesthetically pleasant. Self check in gave us more flexibility. We would definitely recommend our stay with Diogo!

Ana’s apartment was great and just like the photos. Ana was super helpful and responsive to all my questions and gave us great food and drink recommendations. Would definitely recommend checking out Vino Vero and the Secret Garden.

A wonderful location, within easy reach of the trim/bus lines, and an easy walk to numerous restaurants. Private with a lovely patio. Responsive and helpful hosts. After exploring the city during the day, it was great to return to relax and unwind.Highly recommended!

I would recommend this apartment for those looking for a hostel in a very nice not noisy neighborhood. Close to the center, 5-6 euros by taxi) The apartment is as described. Clean and neat. A beautiful terrace has a wonderful view of the river and the neighborhood. We enjoyed everything, no downside, so to recommend.

It's a spacious apartment. It is true that we have only used it for sleeping, but it has a large and well-equipped kitchen if you want to use it. The best thing is that each room has its own bathroom. Nearby subway transportation to go to downtown Lisbon. No problem. Just a small suggestion... when you get to Moscavide and enter the address... it turns out that there is Rua de Moscavide and Avenida de Moscavide and both are relatively close... it confused us at first... heh! It wasn't the street...the incident was saved, everything was perfect!!! Very comfortable beds and everything was clean.

We had a great three-day stay in this nice, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. The small garden is a great asset. We enjoyed the warm welcome from the hosts, the little touches and the quiet of the place. Very easy to park the car near the apartment and take public transport to get to the city center. Thank you Bela and Carlos! We will recommend your apartment to our relatives and friends.

Wonderful place to stay! So conveniently located to the beach, grocery shop, restaurants etc. Bruno’s place was perfect for us and our two young children. Great view from main bedroom of the ocean.

This was our second stay at Luís’ house, and we will come back again I’m sure! Luís and his daughter Mafalda are such sweet hosts. Luís was also very flexible with us when it came to our checkin and checkout and our request to change the dates of our stay. The house is so clean, the bedding was so warm and cozy! There is a nice enclosed courtyard which is perfect for our cat daughter. We love this place and look forward to returning! Thank you, Luís!!!

We can highly recommend this accommodation! The house with the pool, great rooms and bathrooms as well as lounges was just wonderful. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. We loved everything about this house! The sunset in the nearby lagoon made the stay perfect. Mafalda is a great host and communication was always friendly and extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the rented house. Everything was clean, organized, and well cared for. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and I felt at home throughout the stay. The house is very spacious—perfect for our family of four and easily comfortable for up to three couples. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, quickly answering all our questions and even bringing us extra tissues when we asked. We truly enjoyed our stay here. A highlight was discovering a lovely nearby café with delicious homemade food! We would definitely recommend this place to others.

We only stayed for one night and didn't spend that much time in the apartment. However, it was a good place with everything we needed. Filipe was very helpful and communicative. The road to the city center is walkable but pretty busy.

Very large and cozy apartment in the center of Setubal. Very close to the port and to all coffees and restaurants. Well equipped. Marika is always easily accessible. If you are looking for peace and quiet, it is not the place( every evening there are concerts right in front of the apartment) . But that was for us no problem. Very recommended.

The place was impeccable and was exactly as it appeared in the ad. The host sent me all the information I needed for my stay. Yes, it is a bit far from downtown Lisbon and its attractions, but it has parking and Uber is easy and cheap to take to get around.

We found the condo very comfortable and large. It was very convenient to downtown Cascais and an easy 10 minute walk. The Wednesday Cascais Market is right across the street from the Condo and great fro fresh vegetable, fruit and fish. We would stay there again and highly recommend it

We had an amazing stay in Beloura, just a quick 10-minute drive from the main attractions in Sintra. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had plenty of room to spread out. One of the highlights was the patio, which opened right onto a walkway leading to the pool — perfect for relaxing. Bea was the perfect host — warm, thoughtful, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. She genuinely cared about our comfort and made the whole experience feel effortless. The location was super convenient, with a great pizza and sushi spot nearby, plus a grocery store just around the corner. Only downside: the gym and sauna weren’t available — but everything else more than made up for it. Would absolutely stay again!
