Our stay at Casa Flores in Porto was absolutely outstanding! The service and accommodation were exceptional from start to finish. The apartment exceeded our expectations — beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The location was brilliant, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Thoughtful extras like the stocked mini bar and welcome gift added a lovely personal touch. We also really appreciated the well-curated recommendations for tours, restaurants, and luggage storage — they were all spot on. This was one of our favourite stays on our trip. Casa Flores truly deserves 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the place had a modern feel and was in a central location for us - it is on the Gaia side of the river so you have to cross the bridge to get to Porto, but it’s close and was nice to have the beautiful view of the city center. Some things to note are that it is on the third floor (good for noise) but noting it for accessibility for others for walking the flights of stairs up. One last thing is it seemed other tenants in other units were smoking, when you’re in the bedroom you can’t smell it but if you’re sensitive to smell, just an FYI. Overall, I would recommend this stay!

Our stay here was wonderful. We were near everything that we loved and our local favorite restaurant. We did have an issue with the A/C but our host was responsive and quick to reassure us the issue would be resolved. Regardless the beautiful floor to ceiling windows saved the day, the breeze that flows at night is out of this world heavenly. The ample space throughout this apartment truly allows you to feel at home. Thank you again for having us!

We loved our stay! This is a beautiful apartment located on a quiet street, close to all the sights in Old Town. The view is stunning. Carmo communicated with us regularly and provided recommendations tailored to our travel preferences. We were able to extend our stay one night after our flight was canceled. Highly recommend staying here!
