We really enjoyed our stay here, the place had a modern feel and was in a central location for us - it is on the Gaia side of the river so you have to cross the bridge to get to Porto, but it’s close and was nice to have the beautiful view of the city center. Some things to note are that it is on the third floor (good for noise) but noting it for accessibility for others for walking the flights of stairs up. One last thing is it seemed other tenants in other units were smoking, when you’re in the bedroom you can’t smell it but if you’re sensitive to smell, just an FYI. Overall, I would recommend this stay!

THE VIEW!! Easy and flexible self-check in. The large windows open up to the Douro river. Pictures do not do it justice - breathtaking!! I met Patricia when I checked out and she gave me great recommendations for local events. 10000% would stay here again!!

I loved the location. Hands down. Fantastic view. Excellent bed. Loved the location. The view incredible. Maria with the host was very nice and easy to communicate with. I got locked out and she was patient and kind. Not my fault as the door knob came out of the door. I don’t recall if the listing mentioned you have one flight of stairs to walk up To access the elevator and another flight to walk up from elevator to the 4th floor. I stayed 4 nights and as a single person it had what I needed. The response time with texting was good. But you have to have WiFi access on Airbnb app to communicate. Remember that if you want smoother communication. For the price, view, location it’s fantastic.
