Farmstay holiday rentals in São Miguel Island

Beautiful property, exactly as it looks. We shared the backyard with other guests, but enjoyed the shared experience. Quiet and peaceful place, just note the dogs next door may be barking, but it's fairly quiet with the windows shut. Would recommend the stay!

I had an incredible 3 night stay at this property, the pictures do not show it off enough. The views are impecable, with a lot of nature around and the most comfortable grass..! I hope you visit again, thank you

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly a piece of heaven on earth. It was peaceful, beautiful, central and had everything we could have wanted for a perfect getaway. The property was stunning, but what made it even more special was Jose’s incredible hospitality. He gave us a full tour of the premises, sharing details about the fruit trees and how to harvest fresh fruit and eggs daily. He also brought us breakfast foods and helped us with rental car issues and recommendations for local spots. Jose’s kindness and genuine warmth made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and warm, and we feel lucky to have crossed paths with him. We also adored the cat living on the property—so sweet, adorable, and friendly! He added extra charm to our stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming getaway in the Azores!

Logement tres grand, plein de charme. La campagne a distance de marche de la ville.

Se pudesse deixaria 10 estrelas à casinha e aos anfitriões Guida e Jorge. Alem de serem ótimos anfitriões sempre demonstraram muita gentileza e disponibilidade com aquilo que precisasse. As fotos não fazem jus ao espaco, é muito mais lindo do que nas fotos! Além de haver sido construída por eles, a casinha está cheia de equipamentos úteis que podemos usar, além dos detalhes da decoração que são preciosos ! A localização está afastada da cidade, o que para nós é essencial, há animais ao redor (cachorros, galinhas, peru, gatinhos) a quinta é preciosa e bastante tropical :) nos sentimos muito confortáveis e tranquilos. A casinha é um ótimo lugar se você deseja paz e tranquilidade .. há quem se perturbe com o barulho dos animais , mas nós adoramos a experiência ! Recomendo esse espaço para quem quer entrar em contato com a natureza e a tranquilidade do campo .. a gentileza dos anfitriões ultrapassou qualquer expectativa, estavam sempre a disposição e nos presentearam ovos de suas galinhas

Leuke woning met binnentuin, ligt centraal gelegen op het eiland en op korte rij-afstand van het vliegveld. Grotere supermarkten liggen ook op max 15 min. Kamers zijn ruim en heel schoon. Als je langer dan 4 dagen blijft, is er een extra schoonmaakservice. Alle plus- en minpunten die in andere reviews genoemd worden, zijn nog steeds van toepassing. Inchecken duurde even, maar verder reageerde Cristina altijd vlot en vriendelijk.

Miguel estuvo muy atento a nuestra llegada nos estuvo esperando en la puerta de casa y nos conto todo lo que podíamos hacer en el isla sin ninguna prisa. Recomendadonos restaurantes y lugares de interés. La casa es perfecta para ir pareja con todo lo necesario y con un patio precioso.

We extremely loved our stay at Dario and Rafaela’s place. The condo actually is much better than the photos and with many new furniture inside it. It has absolutely everything needed for a lovely stay and exploring the island, as it’s basically in the middle of it :) we were with our 3 year old son and he enjoyed the garden and all the animals. The owners are very kind, helpful and caring people! We highly recommend it and looking forward for our next visit :)

Une maison de ferme complètement rénovée avec matériaux de haute qualité. Lits très confortables. Bananeraie accessible. Chemins de campagne magnifiques. Location à 5 min de tous les services. Cadre bucolique. Chants des oiseaux et des coqs. Vila Franca do Campo est une destination IDÉALE: en une semaine nous avons pu faire tous les attraira de l’Ile et ce, grâce à la localisation de la casa. Près de l’aéroport aussi. Terrasse extérieure parfaite pour les petits-déjeuners. Douche extérieure formidable après la plage.

Avant d’arrivée l’hôte prends le temps de repondre a nos questions par message. Une fois arrivée sur place on se sent bien accueilli, nous recevons une visite des lieux. Nous avions loué le studio qui as une superficie impeccable pour un couple, tres propre, tout le nécessaire de cuisine, une machine a laver, produit vaisselle, … . L’hôte peut vous conseiller pour des activités, restaurants, magasins, … si vous le souhaitez. Pendant la semaine nous n’avons pas souvent croisé les hôtes (ce qui nous convenait) mais nous pouvions toujours les joindre en cas de besoin (leurs maison est sur le terrain privé). Le studio a son propre petit jardin privé ou nous sommes a l’abris de tout regard. A la fin du séjour nous avons eu une visite des plantations d’ananas qui était très interessante ! Je recommande a 100% se logement avec leurs hôtes accueillant! Nous avons passez un excellent séjour autant dans le studio que sur l’ile magnifique de São Miguel.

Our stay at Solar Branco was absolutely lovely. The Whale Suite was peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast, gin o' clock, and dinner in The Green Pantry were highlights of our time on the Azores. Caroline, Ali, and the entire team (+ cats) were warm and welcoming. It was a perfect ending to our time in Portugal!

Wir haben uns in unserem 3-wöchigen Sommerurlaub 2024 in Moritz' Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Man hat einen schönen Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hört praktisch nur die Vögel. Ein schöner Aussichtspunkt ist nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt und von dort kann man den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer genießen. Aber auch von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die untergehende Sonne. Um die Insel zu erkunden, Einkäufe zu erledigen oder Essen zu gehen ist man aber in jedem Fall auf ein Auto angewiesen. Um in der Hochsaison dem Tourismus-Trubel zu entgehen, genau das Richtige. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Grill, alles da. Toll fanden wir die große, komplett überdachte Terrasse, auf der man auch bei einem Regenschauer draußen sitzen kann, und die Hängematte. Das Wohnzimmer und den Essplatz in der Küche haben wir wegen der Terrasse praktisch nie benutzt.

Ricardo was a great host, he met us and walked us through the house as well as gave us local recommendations. It was a beautiful place to stay, surroundings were beautiful as well as the Airbnb itself.

Spacious apartmant with everything you might need. Place was very clean. Location was perfect, quiet town, centrally located. Having a dryer was a godsend because the island is very humid and it would take forever to dry clothes otherwise (we stayed with a child so we used washer/dryer a lot). Private parking space in front. Check in was smooth. Only thing, the blinds for the windows should be better, all the light came in the rooms despite of them (late sunset, lights from the street...).

Nous avons adoré notre court séjour chez Ana Paula. Elle est une hotesse accueillante et disponible en cas de besoin. Comme elle demeure sur place dans une autre section de la maison, nous l'avons croisée à quelques reprises et c'était agréable de discuter et de profiter de ses conseils. Elle nous permet de nous sentir chez nous dès l'arrivée. Le logement est parfait et coquet avec toutes les commodités. Les photos reflètent bien la réalité, mais c'était encore mieux en vrai :) Il y a une cour pour stationner l'auto. Un panier de produits locaux nous attendait à l'arrivée, nous avons apprécié l'attention. Nous recommandons l'endroit et avons adoré notre séjour!!

180度海景和山景，非常漂亮，令人心旷神怡。屋里非常非常的干净，赤脚踩在干净的地砖上很舒服。设备也非常齐全。唯一的缺点是房间确实潮湿，屋内有配备一台抽湿机可以得到改善。幸好走道和客厅能洒进太阳。我们是五月底入住的，天气还算是比较理想。完厕后厕所纸不能扔进马桶冲掉可能会有些不习惯（岛上很多地方都这样），所以不影响我们对这屋子的评价。

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft und sehr heimelig schön eingerichtet. Viel Land, viel Grün, einen eigenen und einen gemeinschaftlichen Garten mit Spielplatz für unsere Tochter, Tiere und ein herzliches Willkommenheissen der Familie mit eigenen Produkten und feinem Obst. Wir waren entzückt von allem und haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebenden war schnell, unterstützend und sehr freundlich. Herzlichst zu empfehlen! Und unsere erste Wahl bei einem erneuten Azorenbesuch!

Marion est une hôte formidable, gentille, généreuse et toujours disponible. Le logement était, en fait, encore plus beau que sur les photos. Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite à l'aise. Très propre et confortable, grande cour superbe et très pratique pour laisser jouer les enfants. Légèrement en retrait de la ville, nous avons adoré pour la tranquillité et la vue magnifique! Idéalement situé pour visiter tous les recoins de l'île. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful house! The place was even better than the photos — spacious, stylish, and super comfortable for our group of friends. The view was absolutely stunning — we spent every evening soaking it in. The hosts were very responsive and made everything easy for us. Highly recommended !!
