Beautiful property, exactly as it looks. We shared the backyard with other guests, but enjoyed the shared experience. Quiet and peaceful place, just note the dogs next door may be barking, but it's fairly quiet with the windows shut. Would recommend the stay!

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly a piece of heaven on earth. It was peaceful, beautiful, central and had everything we could have wanted for a perfect getaway. The property was stunning, but what made it even more special was Jose’s incredible hospitality. He gave us a full tour of the premises, sharing details about the fruit trees and how to harvest fresh fruit and eggs daily. He also brought us breakfast foods and helped us with rental car issues and recommendations for local spots. Jose’s kindness and genuine warmth made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and warm, and we feel lucky to have crossed paths with him. We also adored the cat living on the property—so sweet, adorable, and friendly! He added extra charm to our stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming getaway in the Azores!

Very large accommodation, full of charm. The countryside within walking distance of the city.

A great little house with dogs, cats, poultry and fruit. Suitable for anyone who wants to feel the local flavor and be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Many, many thanks to Guida and Jorge for your hospitality.

Nice house with courtyard garden, is centrally located on the island and a short drive from the airport. Larger supermarkets are also max 15 min. Rooms are spacious and very clean. If you stay longer than 4 days, there is an additional cleaning service. Any plus and minus points mentioned in other reviews will still apply. Check-in took a while, but otherwise Cristina always responded smoothly and friendly.

Good communication with Joāo. Very attentive and kind. The apartment was very cozy and everything was in perfect condition, we were very comfortable. Good place to stay in Sao Miguel. The location is perfect for getting around the island.

We extremely loved our stay at Dario and Rafaela’s place. The condo actually is much better than the photos and with many new furniture inside it. It has absolutely everything needed for a lovely stay and exploring the island, as it’s basically in the middle of it :) we were with our 3 year old son and he enjoyed the garden and all the animals. The owners are very kind, helpful and caring people! We highly recommend it and looking forward for our next visit :)

A fully renovated farmhouse with high quality materials. Very comfy beds. Accessible banana garden. Beautiful country trails. Rental 5 min from all services. Bucolic setting. Songs of birds and roosters. Vila Franca do Campo is an IDEAL destination: in a week we were able to catch them all from the island, thanks to the location of the casa. Near the airport too. Outdoor terrace perfect for breakfasts. Great outdoor shower after the beach.

Before arrival, the host takes the time to answer our questions by message. Once we arrived on site, we felt welcome and received a tour of the premises. We rented the studio which has an impeccable area for a couple, very clean, all the necessary kitchen, a washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The host can advise you on activities, restaurants, shops, etc. if you wish. During the week we did not often meet the hosts (which suited us) but we could always reach them if needed (their house is on the private land). The studio has its own small private garden where we are sheltered from view. At the end of the stay, we had a tour of the pineapple plantations, which was very interesting! I 100% recommend this accommodation with their welcoming hosts! We had a great stay both in the studio and on the beautiful island of São Miguel.

Our stay at Solar Branco was absolutely lovely. The Whale Suite was peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast, gin o' clock, and dinner in The Green Pantry were highlights of our time on the Azores. Caroline, Ali, and the entire team (+ cats) were warm and welcoming. It was a perfect ending to our time in Portugal!

Ricardo was a great host, he met us and walked us through the house as well as gave us local recommendations. It was a beautiful place to stay, surroundings were beautiful as well as the Airbnb itself.

Spacious apartmant with everything you might need. Place was very clean. Location was perfect, quiet town, centrally located. Having a dryer was a godsend because the island is very humid and it would take forever to dry clothes otherwise (we stayed with a child so we used washer/dryer a lot). Private parking space in front. Check in was smooth. Only thing, the blinds for the windows should be better, all the light came in the rooms despite of them (late sunset, lights from the street...).

We had a beautiful stay with Ana. She was an exceptional host, and the house was so peaceful and clean. The house was well stocked with everything we could have needed; we appreciated the books and nice crib for our toddler. Her cats were always there to greet us and were so sweet. Great location for our stay, the town has a grocery store and great restaurants. Thank you, Ana!

180-degree sea and mountain views, very beautiful and refreshing.The house is very, very clean, and it is comfortable to step barefoot on the clean floor tiles.It is also very fully equipped.The only downside is that the room is really humid, and there is a dehumidifier in the house to improve it.Fortunately, the hallway and living room can be exposed to sunlight.We checked in at the end of May, and the weather was relatively ideal.After using the toilet, toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet, which may be a little unusual (this is the case in many places on the island), so it does not affect our evaluation of this house.

Laura and her husband are gems. They do their best to ensure that their guests can enjoy Sao Miguel as well as the attractions and restaurants, weather site and live cameras of the different places to visit They are very responsive. We were stuck outside because we had the keys inside and in less than 5 minutes Laura's husband was there. In addition, you are greeted by a gargantuan basket filled with goodies. The house is faithful to the description and photos. The bedding is really of very good quality. It is quiet despite the roadside (a little traffic at 8:00 a.m.) and remains safe for children. We only had breakfast and therefore did not cook (except eggs and fruit salads...) The location is very good for discovering the island. Furnas and Nordeste are 45 minutes away by car even if they are on the other side. The airport is 15 minutes away. In short, we were delighted and recommend this house without hesitation!

We can’t say enough great things about Miguel’s place. The house was perfect for our group of four—a beautiful, peaceful space to relax and recharge after long days of walking and hiking. The photos honestly don’t do it justice; it’s even more stunning in person. The sea pool is absolutely incredible—one of the highlights of our stay. We would return in a heartbeat!

Marion is a great host, kind, generous and always available. The place was actually even more beautiful than shown in the pictures. We immediately felt comfortable. Very clean and comfortable, large superb yard and very convenient for kids to play. Slightly set back from the city, we loved it for the tranquility and the magnificent view! Perfectly located for visiting every corner of the island. Unbeatable value for money. I recommend it without hesitating!
