The flat is well located , with easy access to the beach , supermarket and bakery. Satisfactory reception service. Condomínio Nova, tranquil and with a sand path to the beach. The beach is quiet , very good for swimming and hiking . Well-equipped Flat, furniture, utensils and new electronics. The only observation is the cleanliness of the room's air conditioning, it had a large amount of dust still coming from the refurbishment of the apartment and that caused us an allergy (rhinitis) on the first day of stay . However , we contacted the company that promptly sent the person responsible for the maintenance and proceeded with the cleaning . In addition, we like the condominium and the flat very much, although at another opportunity, I will give preference to the flats located on the ground floor as we stay on the first floor and the stairs are not inviting at all for those who are on vacation .

The condominium is very beautiful and comfortable, the location is great to be able to visit several paradisiacal beaches that are around, including the beach where the accommodation is located. The only not so pleasant event was that the advertisement said it was a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds, but in fact both rooms had a double bed, and one guest ended up sleeping in the living room.

Thales and Alysson are very polite and proactive, Studio is very cozy, 2 air-conditioned suites, 3 TVs, complete utensils. A delight and the condominium is very beautiful and with a lot of structure, very polite staff. It was a unique experience and it was really worth it.

Spectacular accommodation. All very clean and organized. The apartment is very beautiful, the internal space is great and the decoration is very good. Everything with a new and functional face. The bed and the pillows are excellent. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts are concerned about making the environment as good as possible. I felt at home. It is well worth eating in the nearby pizzeria. To be "O" paradise, it was only necessary to be closer to the beach and have a stronger water pressure in the bathrooms. But the stay was 5 stars. I highly recommend and would stay again if you return a day.

Our stay in May 2025 was an incredible experience! We were surprised by the perfection of this property. The cleanliness was impeccable, the atmosphere is very cozy and the decoration is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The condominium offers a resort structure, with a complete leisure area: huge swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, SPA, gym and children's playground. The atmosphere is quiet and nice. The host team is excellent. They were always attentive, quick to resolve our doubts, followed our arrival and were concerned about whether we were well, in addition to giving us great tips on places in the region. The location is great, close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and has a gas station with convenience right in front of the condominium. We hope to return soon and recommend this fantastic place!

Myself and my family had wonderful days while hosting. The house is very spacious, with a beautiful, well-equipped decor and very close to Patacho beach. The condominium is very quiet and easy to find, following the instructions that were made available. The hosts and the entire team were super requested all the time, to ask questions and resolve any issues we had. Super recommend!!

The Beach is beautiful and quiet , has a kiosk with a great structure very close by. The famous localejinha is next to tb . The apartment is well airy, with air conditioning in all environments. On the spot of the pool is quite sunny . Every decoration of the apartment is quite elaborate. We very much like the stay .

Quarto A Vista accommodation 104 at Villa Naluri, is an ideal place to spend a comfortable holiday in Japaratinga. From arrival, the employees of the complex were responsive and helpful to resolve any doubts or inconvenience that arose. The place is totally new and equipped with high quality elements. air conditioning in all environments, wifi, TV and parking inside the complex with security and cameras. It has a private terrace overlooking the ocean, comfortable lounge chairs, counter, minibar, crossing the street is the access to the beach Boqueirao, very nice, how detail the apartment makes it easy for you to lounge chairs and umbrella. Quarto A Vista kept in touch with all directions, from the reservation , the check-in and check-out process. Very happy with the stay. Totally recommendable. We'll definitely book this place again. 24-hour reception, they are points that add up.

Everything was close to the complex. The only thing that would resend, is that the sector where the garbage is left, the garbage is removed with more frequency and periodically cleaned with sanitary water daily, to avoid smells and pests. Afterwards everything was perfect.

The duplex is great, especially the upper part, with the swimming pool. It was well equipped. The view of the room is very nice, but it is necessary to use curtains on the windows of the bedrooms, as the windows of the apartments of the other block are in front.

The apartment is in a very well located condominium, close to Patacho beach. Next door is an excellent pizzeria. In front has a convenience store of a q gas station, although expensive, there is a lot of things like water, coffee beer, etc. The condominium is very quiet. The apartment is opposite the pool area.
