The house was wonderfully clean and equipped with all comforts. We loved our stay very much. Everything was taken care of to perfection, making us feel right at home. Definitely recommended!

Communication with Carlos was a differential: always helpful and responded hyper-fastly and always showed to be very serious and ready to meet all the demands. The check-in was only completed at 3 p.m., because when we arrived (2:30 pm) the cleaning was being completed, but that's fine. There were some maintenance exchanges that were resolved within 24 hours due to local labor. According to the host, more detailed maintenance is already scheduled and the next guests will be able to rate it better. In conclusion, it was worth it. Thank you.

Luanda's house is amazing! My husband and I had great days there, the house is quite large, more ideal even for more guests, but we fell in love with the view in the photos and I can say that it was very worthwhile to have chosen it. The proximity to the beach is also a highlight! Tatuamunha beach in my opinion is the best and most beautiful on the ecological route (if you like quiet beaches with little movement this is the place) I hope to have the chance to return and if so, I would certainly choose Luanda's property again!

The house is exactly like in the pictures, very clean and organized. Many towels and linens are available. Full kitchen. Very close to the beach. Maria was asked for messages whenever we needed it. Weverlly who received us is very cordial and kind. We will return more often! :)

Great house , we are in 6 adults and 1 pet , large space, comfortable , well equipped , closed garage for 02 cars , great outdoor space for barbecue with a good pool ! Stand in the sand , balcony that serves the 2 bedrooms on the floor Superior with a beautiful sea view with nets ! Great location , with restaurant , Market, pharmacy, bakery , butcher shop and hortifruti nearby ! No Need by car ! Dna Zélia greeted us on arrival , super polite and gentle, and accompanied our departure ! Super attentive and helpful Micelle, with Great communication ! Great choice!! Nice, modern condominium with great structure. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. Amei everything, were days of peace, leisure and rest. The beach in front of the condo is great, especially at low tide times. And the neighboring beach, which is the beach of Bitingui, simply one of the most beautiful in Alagoas, with a stunning natural pool! Japaratinga is perfect!! Quiet and paradisiacal place. Carla is a superhost!!! Always kind and attentive. Just gratitude!

If you are imagining waking up to the sound of the sea and opening the window with sunrise, this is the place. The house is in front of the beach, separated only by a gate and a few steps. Already from the pool it is possible to look at the sea. The house is inside a condo with 3 more units nearby but it is possible for each one to have their place. There are 3 complete suites and one more bedroom with bathroom underneath, equipped kitchen, barbecue, chair to take to the beach and if you still want the TH stall that is on the beach delivers snacks in the house for you to enjoy the day at the pool. The region of Praia de Sao Bento is still very local, with little for tourists, but it is possible to find a supermarket, farmacia and go to the restaurants with a 10 minute drive.

Such an amazing Airbnb! It’s in paradise ♥️ we spent 5 days here and wish it was much longer. The house is great, well equipped and comfortable. The pool and garden is lovely and well maintained. Cooked breakfast everyday was wonderful, and Erica was so great. We would highly recommend this place.

A beautiful home within a property with 3 other similar houses. Very nice visa to the sea, the park and the beach. The house is very comfortable, open, in contact with nature. The area is very quiet and safe. It's best to be in your own vehicle. Antonello was very nice when we reached out and all the people who attended us during our stay were super friendly and attentive: Jeni and the rest of the cleaning girls and Riquísima la comida de Dudú! We felt so comfortable. We even had a very rainy day and the house was super comfortable to spend the day. Thank you for everything and we look forward to coming back soon.

Catia is the best possible host. She is very attentive, though of all the details, waited for us for a late arrival due to flight delay with a meal, responded immediately every time we needed to communicate with her, and provided very helpful info about what to do and where to find things. The place was very well kept and the fact that they changed sheets and towels and cleaned the bathrooms every four days was a plus. In sum, all the highest marks for Catia and her flat. The only problem is that the city of São Miguel dos Milagres, which is beautiful, does not have the infrastructure to deal with the amount of people who arrive there in the summer. Trash accumulates in the streets, supermarkets run out of merchandise, restaurants run out of supplies, and there are shortages of water and electricity. I can see that this will only get worse with the amount of new construction by the beaches.
