New apartment, very clean and organized, with all the utensils necessary for a comfortable stay. The balcony view is a differential of the accommodation that provides good moments of contemplation. Isabella at all times proved attentive, helpful and solicitous, always concerned with providing a pleasant stay without setbacks. Without a doubt, it was the best rental experience I had in São Luís. You can stay without fear of being happy !

Isabel, a good host, always responded immediately, very attentive, very flexible with the schedules. The apartment is excellent, a good location, beautiful view, close to the sea. The only problem is the ap has no wifi, the building is falling directly. I highly recommend, sensational experience, we will stay more often, when we return to São Luis.

Our stay was great! We stayed 4 days, the place had everything we needed, the kitchen is super complete, although it has only a minibar, it was able to store everything we need and cooled well! Everything was clean, smellsy and organized! The hosts are very kind, welcoming, they were flexible with our arrival, they were ready for any need! The place is super spacious, with a large area with shared pool, and very quiet, we feel at home!

I had an amazing weekend with my family! From the first contact, everything went super well. Lucas was extremely attentive, always available to answer questions and ensure that our stay was perfect. The caretaker, Nonato, also deserves praise — very friendly, helpful and communicative, he made us feel at home from the beginning. The house corresponds exactly to what was advertised: well-organized, comfortable and clean rooms. The leisure area is excellent, perfect for enjoying family moments, and the location is very good, with easy access and very quiet. The only thing we missed was a hammock, but that didn't take away from the experience. It was a special weekend, and we already want to go back!

We needed to book with less than 24 hours' notice due to an unforeseen event and she attended to us with great agility and goodwill, organizing everything to receive us in the best possible way. Always quick to respond and very clear in the information, check-in and check-out were practical and smooth. I was especially pleased with the ease of all communication. The kitchen has more basic utensils, such as few pots, which can be a point of attention for longer stays, but in our case, as it was a short stay and we ate out most days, it was not a problem. Overall, everything as advertised. I recommend it!

We had a great stay. The place is very, very cozy, clean, comfortable, close to beautiful beaches. The condominium is very organized and safe. All kitchen and laundry utensils worked very well. The hostess was very attentive and answered all our questions. The only misfortune was that the microwave was not working on the day of arrival, but it was later resolved by the hostess. We didn't use the pool, but it was there, beautiful and available. Nothing but praise. I'd definitely be back.

This place is magic, it has it all. Luciano and Leticia are the best, they are always connected to support you if need it and I give a 10 out of 10. Perfect place to be!
