Holiday rentals with a fireplace in São Lourenco Beach

Célio was kind and attentive from the first contact and always responded very quickly to all my messages (which were not few). The house is very beautiful and wide and has everything for a great stay! Pleasant common areas, rooms and functional bathrooms. The only detail to be observed is about the air conditioning of the ground floor room that was not in operation and the temperatures were very high - which ended up making guests in it impossible. Otherwise it was impeccable, I recommend the house and the host! Thank you..

Large and very spacious house, plus the location is great! My family and I love the stay , not to mention that Rafael is always there to help with whatever it takes and to answer all the questions. I highly recommend it .

great house, very well located, spacious, worth it

It was a very pleasant weekend with my family, there are many of us and the space accommodated all of us well. The rooms are air-conditioned, the pool is a great size and these are the strengths of the house. Frederico, even though he was not in Brazil, always responded promptly to the questions we had. We will definitely be back.

Again, the stay was excellent! We had already been to the house this year and we liked it so much that we came back, now with my grandmother. The house was perfect for us! The location is excellent, the view of the lake, the wonderful yard, I didn't even want to go to the beach haha I highly recommend it!! Besides Luiz being attentive and quick to respond! My family loved everything!

We had a great stay at Marcelo's house. The host was ready to assist and responded to my messages quickly. The house is great, comfortable and cozy with a super quiet environment. The pool and barbecue area were excellent and the outdoor area has a dollhouse, the kids loved it! The air-conditioned rooms ensured us even greater comfort. We spent the mornings on the beach in front of the condominium, just a 6-minute walk to the area we stayed in. Hospitality 10/10. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The property is a good size for two people and has good solutions for using the space. The night view is incredible and worth being in the trip records. The condominium where it is located (All Aclimação) has a good structure and is quite new and organized. Regarding the neighborhood, I had never stayed in Aclimação, in São Paulo, but it will be my base from now on. The surroundings of the property are very peaceful and the temperature is milder than in the rest of the city.

We stayed with 4 friends in the house and everyone loved the stay. The house is very complete, has everything, super clean, good fireplace, good air conditioning, very good gourmet area for a night of pizza, drinks, fondue and etc... The house is just wonderful! It is beautiful, has a rustic aesthetic, it is full of vegetation, and very well cared for. It has several amenities, including a full kitchen. It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and with a great outdoor space. The pool is delicious and it was clean. It is less than 10min walking from the beach, markets and restaurants. We had a small problem with the water pump but Kathia promptly asked a trusted person to come to solve the issue. I highly recommend the site!

We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight
