Excel location, and very nice apartment

Apartamento is great, meets what was promised. Garagem is very narrow, when there is a car next door it is terrible to park if you have a sedan car or truck, otherwise the location is great and the ap fulfills what it promises in the advertisement!

A Estádia was excellent, Eduardo's apartment is the same as the photos or even better, the condominium is extremely beautiful with a gym, swimming pool, mini market, everything available! Only gratitude to the host Eduardo who left even some pampering for us in the refrigerator, really good, would come back more often.

The space is exactly as described, clean and organized. As it is a space for couples, I would like to ask you to pay attention to the kitchen, as items were missing, such as bowls and breakfast utensils. Unless the structure includes on-site meals

The host was great. Loft exceeded expectations. All very clean, smells and organized. It has everything from towels, linen and bed and bath and utensils and household equipment. You don't have to bring anything, only clothes. We will certainly return.

I always stay at the apartment. It has a good location, good cleanliness and serves well for a few dates. The only bad thing is the check-in time, which can only be done after 2 pm. I usually have to wait two or three hours outside to get in.

My experience in João Paulo's apartment was excellent! The location is great, in a safe, quiet area with easy access to everything — supermarkets, transportation, restaurants, etc. The apartment itself is beautiful, very spacious and impeccably clean. Everything was organized with great taste and attention to detail, which made my stay even more comfortable. It's the kind of place where you feel at home as soon as you walk in. João Paulo was an incredible host — super friendly, polite and always available to help with anything. From the first contact to the end of the stay, he was very attentive, things that made all the difference. I definitely recommend it, and whenever possible I will stay there again. The stay was great! The property was exactly as advertised: clean, organized and well located. Communication with the host was fast and efficient at all times. The only observation is that the air conditioning could be cooling a little better. Still, it was a very positive experience. I recommend it!

Cozy and comfortable place, all the furniture and appliances are very good and useful, the faucets have hot water and the view is sensational, including from the bathroom itself. It is a perfect space for privacy, security and a great night's sleep! It was very worth it and I recommend!
