We fell in love! Mr. Armando is super friendly, kind and hospitable. PERFECT location!! Close to EVERYTHING, and when we say everything, we mean everything. Pharmacy, market, Mucugê street, the famous church of Nossa Senhora da DAjuda and the exit of the vans that circulate the city and go to Trancoso. Super safe place. The house is also super cozy, we felt right at home. We're leaving, already thinking about the return ♥️

the apartment is very comfortable, hot shower, a delight. the neighborhood is super nice, ideal for doing a lot of things on foot, market nearby, gym nearby. especially the waterfront. everything is beautiful. I'll be back more often.

It was my first time in Salvador on a special date for me, Nunes made it much more than special with his kindness, proactivity and an environment where I felt at home. Ideal apartment for couples with small children, as it is "inside" P. do Forte, allowing all travel on foot. The leisure area has a nice pool and wonderful views. The doormen are very friendly and the condominium has an elevator and market carts, which makes it easier with luggage.

Thank you for the stay, even if it was quick, because we were in Morro de São Paulo. Great apartment! I loved the fridge with a QR code to buy beers, water and cookies. We love it! Apt grade 10🚀

It was an amazing trip. Certainly, due to the hospitality of Sairi and his family. A house, with your feet in the sand, to feel at home. Perfectly suitable environment, both rooms with air conditioning (which is not even necessary, the freshness of the sea is enough), full kitchen to prepare lunch and dinner. We were treated to coconut water straight from the coconut, and many delicious fruits. The charm is in the hammock, on the balcony, a scene marked in my heart. Sairi and family, thank you very much. And I say, it's a see you later, because I WILL definitely come back.

A charm in a charming place. The house was designed to be cozy, you breathe art and feel, in every environment, the care to please the guest. A house where good taste and comfort surround you. Very satisfied with our choice, from the guidance given by our host, quality of items and objects of use, location and the atmosphere of the house.

We stayed at the property for 5 nights and felt at home. The house has a bucolic decoration, transmits a calmness, a lot of wood, straw, light curtains, large glass doors, leaves everything illuminated and airy. Large rooms with bathrooms with exceptional showers, with a very strong jet of water. The kitchen is well equipped, with first-class equipment, although some already have enough signs of wear, as well as some parts of the house, but nothing that would spoil the experience. We ended up not using Mara's services because it was our first time in the region and we went out a lot, but she was always available to help us by answering messages quickly, including with local tips. We even had a barbecue and there is a large brewery in the yard and even a “JBL” box, you can enjoy the pool and the outdoor area a lot. Just a tip for those who go to the region and rent a car, the ideal is to rent an SUV, the region is difficult to access by dirt road with floods and many potholes.

Paloma is a great host. The contacts and orders were all promptly answered. The house is a spectacle (despite being in a very simple condominium, with several old houses). The beach is wonderful. Completely empty. Good floor. Boa to play with the children. And if you're lucky, you can still see turtle spawning in front of you. Everything works. All clear. It was magical days with my family.

Our satisfaction was general. The stay is perfect for those who want peace and enjoy the beautiful landscape of the surroundings. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen that cater very well, everything clean and with a decoration that left me enchanted. The works of Juarez are beautiful and make all the environments more special. He is also communicative and helpful, he gave detailed instructions on how to get there and how to go to the waterfalls. The swimming pocinho and the cachoeirinha that are located on the property are a lot of pasta and it is a privilege to hear the noise of the water in the distance as you spend a coffee in the kitchen. We went with our dog, Pretinha, and she took TOO MUCH advantage! Think of a happy bug. Anyway, everything was great and once again I thank Juarez.

Well, I have no words to describe how at home I felt, José was perfectly receptive, attentive and helped me with any questions I had. If you're thinking of going to Bahia, you NEED to stay in this apartment, I'm writing this review with a heavy heart for not being there anymore, it's simply perfect. Thank you José and thank you to everyone who made my stay in Salvador better, you were amazing.

See, at the end, the only drawback regarding the Residential. Excellent apartment: spacious, with good bathrooms, large bedroom and bed, with the necessary utensils for preparing breakfast and small (or large) meals. Very pleasant and well-kept outdoor area, with a large and beautiful swimming pool. Close to the beach, 200 m, 3-5 min walk. Cambuí Supermarket, excellent, with parking spaces always available, 1.4 km away. Here, the only drawback: drinking water has no color, taste, or odor; well, the water from the Residential, from the well, is ferrous: it has the color, taste, and odor of rust.

The apartment is extremely cozy. The location is great, allowing you to access the best places on foot or by bike, available for rental at the condominium door. The view is really impactful. I'll be back soon.

I almost didn’t want to write this review because as a frequent traveler, I usually keep hidden gems like this to myself. But this place deserves the recognition. This penthouse is easily in my Top 10 Airbnbs worldwide. The views are simply breathtaking, especially from the rooftop jacuzzi, where sunsets feel magical. The kitchen is large, beautiful, and had everything I needed. There’s even a gorgeous outdoor brick stove on the rooftop — I didn’t get to use it this trip but I definitely will next time! Alessandra was available if needed, but the home was so perfectly stocked and maintained that I never had to ask for anything. The location could not be better — steps to the beach, amazing restaurants, bars, and shops all right there. Despite being in the heart of the action, the penthouse feels peaceful and private. Everything was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. If you find availability, book it without hesitation — it’s a true gem.

Amazing accommodation, great location and I loved it! Esper back more often

I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great stay, we returned home very happy with her receptivity. I highly recommend it!
