Holiday rentals with a pool in São Francisco River

We absolutely loved our stay at Fernanda’s place. A beautiful clean and comfortable home that had everything we needed. The panoramic views of the ocean cannot be replicated in any photos!! Fernanda was very responsive and gave great recommendations for the local area and things not to be missed. The perfect place to relax after a morning in the surf. We found it very hard to leave, highly recommended!!

Amazing place and n the best part of Trancoso. Lovely gardens and pool, 24 hour security and very quiet even though the entrance is within the Quardrato. Jennifer’s lovely place has a gorgeous outdoor area and the lovely Zilda to prepare breakfast and keep everything perfectly clean and in order. We had the best, most relaxing and fun time. Thanks so much! I highly recommend this property!

Cristiane was extremely friendly and helpful. The house matches the description, beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed and with a spectacular view. As we were driving, the trips to the city were quick and easy. And the condominium deserves a separate comment, due to the well-preserved nature, with many trees and two very beautiful beaches. To tell you the truth, I know almost the entire coast of Bahia and Prainha was the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. My whole family liked it and we'll definitely be back. Thanks for everything Cris!!

The house is very beautiful and comfortable! I loved the decoration and arrangement of the rooms. Our stay took place all as scheduled. The pool is delicious, super warm water! The house is located in a very quiet condominium, many houses still under construction, I don't know if it was the time we were, but we hardly found it with other residents/guests. The site is about 35 min from the beach center of the fort, we highly recommend car rental! Mariana the host was wonderful, always replied when I needed it very kindly. We definitely indicated and would come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the house. Situated a few minutes from the beautiful Prainha and with fantastic structure. The highlight is the staff, especially Conceição, which gives a show of cuisine and affection and the Messias, always willing to help. We hope to return soon

The house is definitely beautiful and well furnished. Wonderful staff (Marluce and Chef Peu) and concierge (Danielle) . The gated community is upscale and the surroundings are beautiful. The gated community provides excellent security and amenities. Supermarket and drugstore within walking distance from the gate and the Village is very easy to go and visit. The beach is not as close and is not great from swimming especially for kids as it sort of unexplored but there are plenty of beaches nearby to explore. All in all a great experience.

All I have to say is thank thank you Alessandro for a wonderful house being welcomed by the little monkeys are wonderful as well as other creatures around. It is a real Haven in there. I wanna be back shortly.

Great house (like photos) and perfect location, next to the square. Very nice service. Suggestion would be air-conditioning in the main room and there's not much sunshine in the pool that got a little cold.

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. The condominium is excellent, wonderful pool, everything clean and organized. The house has all the necessary utensils. Were very good days.

See, at the end, the only drawback regarding the Residential. Excellent apartment: spacious, with good bathrooms, large bedroom and bed, with the necessary utensils for preparing breakfast and small (or large) meals. Very pleasant and well-kept outdoor area, with a large and beautiful swimming pool. Close to the beach, 200 m, 3-5 min walk. Cambuí Supermarket, excellent, with parking spaces always available, 1.4 km away. Here, the only drawback: drinking water has no color, taste, or odor; well, the water from the Residential, from the well, is ferrous: it has the color, taste, and odor of rust.

It was a great experience ! The apartment was super clean and everything was as advertised... with a wonderful view! I hope to return soon .

We traveled 2 months through the northeast, on the way we stayed in this apartment and we made a point of staying again. A fragrant, clean place, complete with utensils, cotton bedding (neither mesh nor polyester) that makes all the difference for those who arrive tired from the trip, excellent shower, tasteful decoration. I recommend it

The apartment is very cozy and faces the sea!!! City has exceeded all expectations!! Very well-kept condominium and very attentive receptionists, they even gave us coconuts straight from the tree!

We had a great first part of our stay. Rafael is always available and caring. The apartment is impeccable, the cleaning is perfectly done. The private pool is a real asset. I would 100% recommend! Muito obrigada 💚🇧🇷

You can leave without fear! The place is wonderful! The apartment is identical to the photos and very beautiful! This apartment is definitely on my favorites list! I loved it!
