Holiday rentals with beach access in São Francisco River

An impeccable place. The penthouse is extremely well divided and cozy, of inexplicable comfort. A breathtaking view. And the host thought of absolutely everything to offer a great experience, even comfortable bathrobes were available in the room. I'll definitely be back

Hosting exceeded all expectations! The property is exactly as in the photos: clean, well-equipped, comfortable and very well located (bars and restaurants nearby). Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, always attentive and available to clarify any questions. Everything worked perfectly during the stay — from the appliances to the access to the place. I would definitely host again and recommend it!

Second time we've stayed at this accommodation, the place has a great location and the apartment is super complete, it has a little bit of everything, lots to do around and the building is very safe.

Excellent apartment. Identical to the photos, organized, clean, well-equipped and well-maintained. The hammock on the balcony is a great bonus, as is the excellent TV in the living room. I was unlucky to have chosen a rainy weekend to stay in this apartment, but even so the view is sensational. It is well worth it. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

Eamonn - was an incredible host. From the time I booked, he was able to answer questions about food, culture, upcoming events, and on various other topics. He was clear in his communication on all of these topics and responsive to any questions that arose during our stay. I feel like he set us up for success to have an enjoyable time in Salvador. The penthouse is true to form - has great views and offers comfortable accommodations.

The place is so beautiful! It makes you want to spend a lot of time just enjoying the landscape from the window, including looking for turtles. Hosts are very helpful! Too much worth it!

Lucas is one of the best hosts I've ever had! Very attentive and helped us a lot in the mishaps of the trip. The house is spectacular, wide, clear, airy and modern. Extremely clean, as well as bed and bath linens. A little away from the centrinho, but to walk quietly if you are an active person. The only bad point is to have the Taipa event house near, on the days of the show the music reaches the house.

Amazing place and n the best part of Trancoso. Lovely gardens and pool, 24 hour security and very quiet even though the entrance is within the Quardrato. Jennifer’s lovely place has a gorgeous outdoor area and the lovely Zilda to prepare breakfast and keep everything perfectly clean and in order. We had the best, most relaxing and fun time. Thanks so much! I highly recommend this property!

Our stay at Casa Sapucaia was unforgettable. The house is beautifully designed with ornate, thoughtful details throughout – fresh flowers, handcrafted touches, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s spacious yet cosy, immaculately clean, and very well equipped. The staff were wonderful – warm, helpful and discreet, and kept everything spotless. The beach is just a short walk away, and Trancoso town is a 20-minute walk or an easy 5-minute taxi ride. Thomas was also fantastic – always quick to respond, incredibly thoughtful, and made everything feel seamless. We couldn’t recommend this place more.

This house is amazing. A gem. It is worth highlighting one or another inconvenience, with the promptness of Val and Isa, to take advantage of the best location of Praia do Espelho. Only one review: Bahian beach without an umbrella can't do. So I left two there for the host and the next guests. When you return…you know!

We had a wonderful stay in the house. Situated a few minutes from the beautiful Prainha and with fantastic structure. The highlight is the staff, especially Conceição, which gives a show of cuisine and affection and the Messias, always willing to help. We hope to return soon

We loved our stay in Caraíva. The house is wonderful, bucolic and well located between the river and the sea (it has exit for both) and is just steps from the village center. Undescribable sleep with the noise of the sea and wake up opening all the doors of the house to have access to a divine and blessed look. Relevant to praise Victoria who has provided us with a beautiful and full-blown breakfast every day, in addition to being extra sympathetic and receptive. Wagner always ready to assist us, even with all the procedures for arrival at the house. Super recommend ! We'll be back for sure ! Thank you so much !

We stayed at the property for 5 nights and felt at home. The house has a bucolic decoration, transmits a calmness, a lot of wood, straw, light curtains, large glass doors, leaves everything illuminated and airy. Large rooms with bathrooms with exceptional showers, with a very strong jet of water. The kitchen is well equipped, with first-class equipment, although some already have enough signs of wear, as well as some parts of the house, but nothing that would spoil the experience. We ended up not using Mara's services because it was our first time in the region and we went out a lot, but she was always available to help us by answering messages quickly, including with local tips. We even had a barbecue and there is a large brewery in the yard and even a “JBL” box, you can enjoy the pool and the outdoor area a lot. Just a tip for those who go to the region and rent a car, the ideal is to rent an SUV, the region is difficult to access by dirt road with floods and many potholes.

Simply amazing, everything clean and organized, one of the best I've ever had. Very good location because it is close to everything, we slept listening to the sound of the sea. For those looking for a unique experience, this is the place.

Second time staying in the apartment. Quality utensils and the site is very cozy. The suggestion I give is to add a filter to the faucet of the sink, mainly because we live the experience of not being able to buy water because they did not deliver that holiday. Alessandra is wonderful, my 1 and a half year old daughter adored her. We will definitely return again to enjoy Barra da Window beach. Visit the site without fear of being happy.

The apartment is very cozy and faces the sea!!! City has exceeded all expectations!! Very well-kept condominium and very attentive receptionists, they even gave us coconuts straight from the tree!

Impeccable house, great value for money, house had everything, very well organized, clean and comfortable. We have been answered super fast when we need it. We only had one issue with a person who had rented previously but we reported it to the hosts and everything was fine. I'd definitely come back.

This apartment is in an excellent condo, and the balcony is simply stunning with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The gym is spacious and well-equipped, and Antonio was incredibly responsive and provided all the necessary information. I highly recommend this place!
