The stay in the hosts' apartment was wonderful from start to finish… A real refuge in the Serra gaúcha! Every detail is designed in guest comfort, from the gas heating in the kitchen and bathroom taps to the very shower that is super powerful and looks like it hugs us so cozy it is! The kitchen is functional and has all the basic and necessary items, I prepared the breakfasts with the dishes that are beautiful! The living room is a compliment aside: the sofa is very comfortable and doesn't feel like going out! Last but not least, the room is spacious, we managed to quietly accommodate our belongings… and the bed is very good, we sleep super well during the nights! Communication with Renan was great from the time of booking until check out, he was very attentive and kind to us! I can say it was the best experience here on this platform since I started using it! Super recommend for couples and families looking for peace of mind in Gramado!

The apartment is wonderful and the access to the main street is very quiet. We had everything we needed with a quiet location and still close to a lot of restaurants. Coming back to staying with Felipe who was very kind and attentive throughout the stay.

Wonderful place. The lake is beautiful, both day and night. Extremely safe place, with 24-hour concierge. Joseana was responsible for everything and helped me with all the necessities. The jacuzzi ran into trouble a few hours earlier, and she more readily set out to sort it out and everything went well. It's well worth the place. You can trust!

The appartment is amazing! Very well decorated and organized. It's very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and modern. The bathroom is very clean and spacious. The apartment is very well located, in the heart of Gramado, you can do practically everything at the foot, without the need for transportation. I also recognize the good service of the concierge, very attentive and helpful. Hosts were very attentive and timely at what was requested. We indicate the apartment, including for the most discerning guests. It's worth it, you won't regret it.

Amazing place the Beija-Flor apartment! Very cozy, complete in structure, the hot tub is perfect and the whole apartment was impeccable! Communication with the host was great, always very requested. The location is ideal, close to downtown Gramado and Canela but away from the hustle. And every detail of the property, was very well thought out!

The stay was note mil! The house was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet, cozy place with lots of nature. Mr. Walter was very kind and friendly, he waited for us with the house warm. The location is perfect, between grass and cinnamon, close to everything. We already want to go back!

Beautiful and cozy house to rest! The house has everything we need! Including treats like sparkling wine and chocolate! All essential items available, salt, sugar, coffee, teas and spices! Very comfortable beds! Wonderful fireplace! We didn't use the Jacuzzi because it was too cold! Orchard with bergamots, oranges and lemons! We even took some home! Carolina is always available and attentive! We had a small problem with the Wi-Fi! Cell phone doesn't get a good signal! And there's a kitten that visits us at mealtime! It didn't bother us! We'd love to stay longer! We recommend it!

This is my second time at Recanto do Sossego, and as the first time, we were well received, Luana is a dear host, friendly and always available for whatever was needed. The house was spotless, as were the fragrant, warm blankets. Luana's house is great! It has everything you may need, not to mention the shower that guarantees a super hot bath, great for cold days. The location is great! Close to everything, markets, restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies. I highly recommend it!!!

Wonderful stay, the place is beautiful, a lookout point with an amazing view and the animals get loose on the property allowing a great connection with nature. The hosts are extremely helpful and try their best to provide the best experience possible. The hut is super complete and even missing a specific item that we forgot to take, it was readily available. Breakfast meets expectations very well, without exaggeration so that there is no waste, but without missing it too!

With the structure and coziness that the house provides, it is difficult to leave it to do tourism! Everything of the highest quality from the living/social area, including the service area and the rooms. Open, broad and beautiful concept! With a perfect fireplace and heated floors in every room of the house! Full kitchen with utensils and appliances! Several parking spaces in a very well located place! And the rooms? Simply unforgettable! The chalet is a true refuge in the Serra Gaúcha — cozy, well cared for and with a breathtaking view. Márcia was extremely welcoming from the first contact, always attentive and concerned for our well-being. We felt at home from the first minute! We spend amazing times as a family, with a lot of quiet and nature all around. The space is perfect for those seeking rest, connection to nature and comfort. all note 10. the good taste of the Markus was seen in the house detail of the apartment, and very helpful in the requests. I certainly already have a place to stay when you return to Gramado. it was well worth it.

A cozy place, I liked it! Good location, we were able to take walks in the center of Gramado all on foot, which favored this Easter holiday that driving was practically impossible! I would definitely stay there again!!

About the hosts: Clear and easy communication, they answered all questions in minutes, they did not send messages during the stay. At check-in we were well attended, they showed us the property and gave us instructions on some of its features. About the property and location: The property contains all the items and appliances shown in the images and in the description of the advertisement, very comfortable, gas heating in all taps and showers, all rooms were clean and fragrant. Location is excellent, close to good restaurants, pharmacies and some tourist spots. I would stay at the property again at the next opportunity!

The stay in the apartment was excellent, the space was consistent with the images. Well structured, with basic cooking utensils. The location is great, right in the center of Gramado, a 3-minute drive from Avenida Borges de Medeiros. Both bedrooms are large and spacious. The parking space is tight, and only fits smaller cars.

The place is wonderful, super organized and right in the center of Gramado, you can walk to various sights or rent an electric scooter just around the corner. Natália was super gentle and flexible, allowing us to check in earlier as soon as we arrived in the city and we still got a treat to enjoy the stay. Thanks so much for having received us:)
