I stayed in a very spacious, comfortable and complete apartment. The site exceeded my expectations, with all the items needed for a quiet stay — well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent shower and well-organized environments. The service was also impeccable: the host was always attentive, helpful and responded quickly to all questions. Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend the stay and, if I have the opportunity, I will definitely return!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures – clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed during my trip, with markets, restaurants nearby. The host was very attentive, responded quickly to messages. The entrance was easy and everything was very well organized. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to those looking for comfort, practicality and a touch of affection in the details!

We loved it, it met all our expectations, even more than we imagined. The house is impeccable, rich in details, all decorated for Christmas. With several appliances available, quiet neighborhood. Cassiano was attentive, he texted us before. His mother welcomed us with affection, left cookies, teas and more for us. We felt at home, it's really worth it!

Totally cozy, clean, well-equipped kitchen, we love it, because we like to prepare our coffee. Another point that won me over is that I had coffee to brew, I love it! I love to arrive from anywhere, strain a coffee and drink it in peace. Delicious bath, super clean environment, very friendly reception and room service. The host was always in touch to find out how the stay was going. Simply wonderful. We will return next time, and we highly recommend it.

The location is sensational, everything can be done on foot, as it is close to everything. The apt is nice muuuuito, it has a great size and the balcony is really wonderful. The host and the lady who welcomes us are very cordial, ready to help us. It would strongly indicate.

We were delighted with the house! A beautiful, cozy place, full of nature and with a wonderful energy. We felt completely at home from the first moment. The bunnies are super docile and affectionate. The host Marlene was very attentive, kind and welcomed us with great affection. We had the privilege of hiking with her and it was sensational! We felt like part of the family throughout the stay. The house is in the center of Cambará, with easy walking access to supermarkets, restaurants and tourist agencies, as well as a few kilometers from the entrances to the canyons and waterfalls (if you want to go on your own). Very clean and organized space, with emphasis on the bed and bath linens, mattresses and great shower. Heating with air conditioning in the rooms and a fireplace (plenty of firewood provided by the host) in the living room is wonderful. Kitchen with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. For those who go with pets, everything is well protected. We felt at home. Thank you, Maíra and Juliano.

the purpose was to rest and the accommodation provided this. quiet and private place it's a feather to be cold and we can't take advantage of the pool.

The apartment is in a beautiful, safe and quiet condominium, very close to the center of Canela and a few minutes from Gramado. Excellent location! The reception service was perfect, polite and attentive staff. The apartment is as described in the photos, clean, cozy and the perfect size for the stay. I loved it!

The apartment is well located and very complete! There are kitchen, lava and dryer items in it. Large Balconies. It's a great option due to location. We did almost everything on foot! The host is attentive and explained everything right. Oh, and accept pets! we wish to return in the future!

Wonderful space! The condominium is very beautiful and quiet, great for walking and cycling (bicycles are provided by the place). We had a small setback at the reception, but Daniela soon responded and clarified that it was a reception mix-up, but it was soon resolved. The loft itself is great too, very spacious, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, very complete kitchen and the coffee powder available was a plus! The bathroom is very good, the bathtub was great, my daughter loved it, I took advantage of it too and I didn't miss out hehe! You have the option to order breakfast separately, which is very good, we ordered the combo for two people and it served us 3! You can request firewood at the reception once a day, and they deliver a set of lighters, which makes it much easier! It is a great option for those who want to escape the madness of the center, the neighborhood is very quiet and has options to eat. I recommend Panni, which has very good things! Daniela was very helpful and attentive! We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is comfortable and with fast internet. It could have a little more utensils (wine glasses, dish cloth, detergent and sponge), but it would just be suggested something additional. The location is excellent, next to the crooked street and close to markets, snack bars, restaurants, the indoor street etc. From the balcony of the 414 you can see the building of the Hard Hock Café. Very quiet and quiet place. We congratulate the owners and their employees for their care and attention.

Very nice hotel! Great infrastructure structure with lots of options for kids. Michel was requested, responding quickly and answering my questions. I highly recommend!
