Everything was perfect. From check-in to check-out. Apartment completely renovated. Very beautiful, 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, good beds, spacious living room, full kitchen. Perfect location for those who want to walk in Gramado. Everything nearby, supermarket, restaurants, bus station, pharmacy, shops, squares…. I recommend it. And especially the service of the girl who welcomed us, super attentive and dear. We loved our stay and already want to go back. Thanks to everyone involved.

The place is wonderful!!! The lake, the garden and the beautiful ducks. The house is very comfortable, the hosts are very attentive and friendly. Breakfast in a picnic basket, very complete and an excellent detail.

The apartment is extremely quiet and clean. Everything is very tasteful and super organized. Easily accessible and in a very quiet neighborhood. We felt very good while we were there. It is very close to the center… close to the covered street and other places in this neighborhood. Carolina and Felipe are excellent hosts, always very kind and concerned about our stay in their space. I recommend it.

My family and I really liked our accommodation, we felt at home, we made a fire in the fireplace. That it would be indispensable to have a fireplace and we do not use it. We also liked that there was a heater in the bathroom, so it was even better to take a shower. The apartment is warm, as it has hot air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. The garage is also great, we don't even take the car out of the garage, we go out on foot to get to know the surroundings, and everything is close by. It sleeps perfectly 4 people.

Our experience was great! We very much like the accommodation and location. Tatiana and Cláudia were very helpful and always responded immediately when we needed them. As positive points, we highlight: new building, with elevator, very quiet neighborhood. There is a small market on the corner that makes the day-to-day logistics of those who are used to the Airbnb style of accommodation much easier. The apartment is very cozy, spacious. The furniture is new. New and functioning Appliances. In short, we had a great time in Gramado and the accommodation made it even better!

Beautiful, safe neighborhood, you can't walk to the center, but Uber responds quickly. Quiet place, I went alone and it was very easy to get in and out. Everything is very clean as described. There were bottles of water, soap, and toilet paper. Clean and fragrant bedding and blankets. Ana Laura is very friendly and responds quickly. It is perfect for those looking for a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of hotels and inns. I loved my stay and hope to return soon.

Excellent accommodation, space as shown in the photos, very cozy, kitchen equipment is available that offers all the comforts for a quiet stay, totally clean and organized space, all the comfort of having suites that make it easier especially when there is more than one couple using the accommodation, bed linen, blankets, pillows, impeccable towels bringing all the comforts to everyday life. Good location, even though it's not so close to the covered street, a few blocks away, we do everything on foot, supermarket almost in front of the place, and for the traffic in the city it's a bonus to be able to do several things on foot. Naira provided all the necessary support and always responded and guided us when necessary. We definitely recommend it and will return to the accommodation when we return to the city.

We stayed with family in the apartment, which welcomed us very well. The condominium is the high point in my opinion, so that you traveled with children, like me, has an incredible infrastructure. Parquinho, soccer, lake, tennis court, Beach tennis. Amazing green area. The apartment is cozy, clean, bedding, and utensils all available in perfect condition for use! Great location in cinnamon!

Very nice apartment!! Photos consistent with the location, cozy rooms, hot air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen. The location is also great, we were able to go to the center on foot (walk of about 10 minutes + or -), there are also supermarkets in the region. On the way out we had a small unforeseen event that was promptly resolved by Pablo!! I recommend it to everyone.
