I am located in one of the best condominiums on the island of Itaparica, with all the security and leisure infrastructure. Wonderful beach for swimming and water sports, we have a boardwalk for walking by the sea, a playground, a kiosk and a soccer field. I have 3 comfortable accommodations, 1 master suite and a bedroom with a bathroom in the house and in an annex + an en-suite. Swimming pool, complete gourmet area and, for your comfort, a balcony with a hammock for you to take a nap or have a chat!!!!

Com padaria à 200 metros, fácil acesso à transporte de aplicativo e com Delivery de todos os restaurantes de aplicativos. A piscina não funciona na segunda-feira.

Our house is located on the crown beach, close to the biggest shops in the region. in a quiet condominium 3 min walk from a quiet beach, excellent for bathing There are 3/4 air-conditioned, being a suite. In addition, Casa is Nascente total, bringing ventilation and surrounded by 120m² of balcony and 200m² of lawn. Equipped with kitchen utensils, cooktop, microwave, oven, internet, TV 50', netflix.

Beautiful Beach House

Beautiful beach house, in a gated community, with direct beach access and complete infrastructure; playground, soccer field and volleyball court. As for the house, it is very airy and incredibly ventilated (total spring), close to the beach. Cacha Pregos beach has still waters (like a swimming pool), ideal for children and the elderly. The house is located 200 meters from the beach, approximately 3 minutes on foot.
