The host "Mr. Everaldo" is very attentive, always helpful, the apartment is very clean and well-equipped, great for long stays, the location is one of the best in this paradise called CAÇÕES, Dona Maria is the one who takes care of everything and, by the way, "she is a lovely human being". Our experience was amazing! The house is beautiful, super comfortable and close to the beach. The fruit tree stumps make the environment even more special! The shower was essential for hot days, and the balcony with a hammock brought that perfect touch of rest. Mosquitoes appear, but nothing incense can't solve. As the market is a little far away, it's worth taking everything on the first trip. And the beach… simply wonderful! Clear, warm and super calm waters. Lucas was an incredible host! Always communicative, sending super helpful messages and full of good tips. Thank you very much for all the attention and hospitality!

The accommodation was very good, I ended up staying overnight, to rest. But it was all spotless! Both Angelica (host) and Mrs. Nice, her mother! Town that helped me with everything I needed and even gave me a ride for me to get home, because the street was flooded, due to the rain!! She was very attentive, always asking how I was feeling and still took me to the bus station very soon, as she was going to leave 06:20. The house is very pampered, comfortable bed, I had my disposition the house from the top, which gives a privacy. All very great

Excellent accommodation, practically on the waterfront, very close by. Walking 30 seconds you are already standing in the water. The house is very cozy, comfortable, spacious and functional, as well as charming, beautiful and ventilated. Cynthia was an amazing host, always at the disposal of our needs and questions, very resolute and responds quickly. There are also several suggestions for what to do in Cacha Pregos. It has excellent communication to solve problems that may happen. Very good!

The house is exactly like in the descriptions, with an excellent backyard and a wonderful fruit plantation. The owners are amazing people and extremely attentive to guests. And, to improve, they are still keen to leave cane, aipim and other products from the vegetable garden itself. We love everything! Note: An electric shower would be ideal, but nothing a stove does not solve

The property is according to the description, a very large pool that provided a lot of comfort. All rooms with air conditioning, room with a fan, there was water available on our arrival, Miguel always available, I only scored the visit of the pool that we were afraid to receive because I was not instructed about the time and name of the person who was going, but the host confirmed it quickly. The access to the beach was a little compromised due to the rains in May, but we were able to get in by jumping through the sand on the side.

It's a little paradise! The house is beautiful, very spacious, lovingly furnished and decorated with beautiful things. The relaxing tranquility is fantastic. The property with the trees and flowering bushes and plants is a dream. You can experience the sunrise from your bed. I loved sitting on the terrace, looking at the river and watching the sunset. It's only a short walk to Jaguaripe. The dinner prepared by Maria is a special treat. I highly recommend this beautiful place. Thank you Teca, it was a special experience and I would love to come back.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped for basic needs, great location, has a restaurant, market, bakery, pharmacy all on the same street... The condominium is very quiet and peaceful, it is very easy to access both to leave and to enter. I highly recommend it and intend to return more often. Julio is a sweetheart, gave us good recommendations, was super attentive and helpful!!!
