Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore. The house and the furnishings were as described in the advertisement. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next town, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool was great. All in all, we were very satisfied and would recommend this house.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

When you say the perfect vacation... Here it is!!! Very nice house, tidy, clean and equipped with all comforts. But the icing on the cake was the hosts, Carlos, his wife Silvana and their son Alessandro. Wonderful people, always available. They make guests feel at home. Not only do I recommend it, but we will definitely be back.

We were here for 3 days and had a very nice stay. The whole family was incredibly hospitable and kind and we were offered all sorts of things like homemade mozzarella or a nice wine from the area, very sweet and super tasty! Alessio also gave us good tips for, for example, our visit to Naples. The house and kitchen are fully equipped so you can cook in the house. At the cottage outside, you can sit privately, otherwise you share the garden and swimming pool with the family. They have cats that come to you and are affectionate, you have to love that :-). All in all, we are super happy that we stayed here and we would definitely recommend staying here for a few nights, it is a nice place away from the hustle and bustle and all sights are within an hour by car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. The family felt relaxed and happy the moment that we arrived, met our hosts and settled into our stay! Our hosts were kind and generous people, who left a basket of the farm produce for us to eat. It was delicious! Grazie! Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

Maria Pia welcomed us with great courtesy, kindness and sociability. The apartment is very spacious, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, large kitchen, beautiful garden available, the house is located at the beginning of Terracina 5 minutes by car from the beaches, outside the busy areas. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place away from traffic but close to the seaside areas

Our stay was lovely! How often do you stay in a medieval fortification/castle on top of a mountain? Cozy rooms, everything you need with breathtaking views! Our hosts were very attentive to our needs and helpful with getting us oriented and settled in. My wife and I highly recommend this property.

A place with friendly and loving people, great house in the middle of the mountains and we found everything we need. The communication with the host was perfect and we highly recommend the apartment, the place in the mountains and the host.

The house is elegantly furnished, with attention to every detail. Independent in a well-kept courtyard. The spaces are large and the house has all the comforts. The indoor parking is extremely convenient and makes everything easier, also because you can easily get around on foot. We will definitely be back.

We had to book this accommodation super spontaneously for 3 days because the area of our original accommodation was too unsafe. So, safety was our most important criterion and Alessia's apartment is in a safe area. We especially liked the fact that the AirBnB is spacious. The terrace is very pleasant and feels private, even with the view of the other balconies of the surrounding residential buildings. The two bathrooms are very helpful. One even has a bathtub, which was really worth its weight in gold for showering with a baby after the beach. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. There is air conditioning for those who use it. We prefer to sleep with open windows and earplugs (the distant street is already a bit noisy). Always happy to stay again :)

Giuseppe and his family offered us a warm welcome, making us feel right at home from the very start. Beautiful house and outdoor space, equipped with many games for our little one. Maximum attention also for our little dog. Tasteful decor, obsessive cleanliness and many welcome additional extras (water, juices and wine in the fridge, coffee pods, breakfast pastries). A 10-star stay with honors.

Really good, clean, cozy, comfortable, relaxing, quiet and inviting place. Maria is very considerate and communicative, no problems whatsoever, really good communication.

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, a dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing holidays is available. The access is exactly as Carlo describes: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

The host is very friendly, he provided us with milk, cookies, and snacks for breakfast. In addition, the home is equipped with all the necessary ingredients for cooking. The house is new and the cleanliness is impeccable. The large garden is very nice Thank you so much for next time !

Everything you could want from a place. Perfect location right in the heart of Sperlonga, whilst also perched perfectly above the Sperlonga roofs, beach and sea. To top it off, Benedetto was incredibly accommodating- even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We did not want to leave!

After an initial adjustment (we didn't expect a three-level layout), we felt very comfortable and at ease. Clearly, the structure is not suitable for those with motor disabilities or walking difficulties, but dining in the evening on the terrace is truly a very rewarding experience. The location is in the heart of the Gaeta port and is, therefore, very characteristic.
