Beautiful and huge house, fully equipped. Also fresh due to the high ceilings. Easy checkin and checkout. My family loved to hang out in the patio having coffee. The hosts were super responsive and attentive. Recommended!

Absolutely loved my stay in the Zona Colonial! The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to all the historic sites, cafes, and vibrant streets. Maitee was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood has such a lively, authentic vibe, and I felt very safe exploring around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the rich culture and history of Santo Domingo. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Very clean, organized home converted into a boutique hotel/airbnb. Easy instructions. Nice area of santo domingo. I would absolutely stay here again, strongly recommended.

Everything was perfectly fine. The apartment is huge, clean, you have air conditioning, fans, TV, refrigerator,… for us the best part was the living room, which was in a beautiful style and very spacious. Hot water flowed in the shower, wifi was fast. Manuel is a great host, he helps, advises, responds quickly. I definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Ginny’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like home from the moment I arrived. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were all spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay very pleasant. Ginny is an amazing host, always ready to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Her hospitality truly stood out. Her mother was also incredibly kind and made sure the surroundings were always neat and tidy whenever she was around. Their attention to cleanliness and guest comfort is truly commendable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay. I had an amazing time staying at Ana's place. The home was beautiful and the neighborhood quiet. I felt right at home and enjoyed walking around and familarizing myself with the area. Ana was the best host, very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay went well. She was always there when i had a question or issue and everything was always resolved quickly. I can't not thank her enough for her hospitality and kindness. This was the perfect home to celebrate my birthday and I hope to return and stay again. I definitely recommend this home if you're looking to be more off the beaten path and immerse yourself with the locals. You definitely won't regret it and can't ask for a better host than Ana. Thank you again for the great experience!
