Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Santo Domingo Este

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

We were traveling with kids, and it was such a family-friendly space that made all of us feel right at home. The little touches made a big difference and helped keep everyone comfortable and happy throughout our stay. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and relaxing. The location was great, and the comfort of the space truly made it feel like a home away from home. We honestly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit. As soon as we can, we’ll be back — no question about it. Thank you for making our trip so special!

anauris house was perfect for my 5 day getaway , quite area house was very nice alot of space ,very clean , she answered quick anytime I needed anything. pictures didn't do it justice it was way better in person . over all very good experience def would rent again when I head back home..

I had a great 3 night visit at La Casita. Patricia is extremely helpful as a host. The unit was exactly as I expected and the location is ideal, within a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars in the Zona. All 3 AC units operated perfectly to provide a comfortable sleeping climate. As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to a large park perfect for exercising your dog. I would absolutely stay here again.

I honestly ran into what I saw and was also looking for. All the people who work in the building are very polite and always pending to help. I would repeat without hesitation.

My family and I had a great experience. It was a nice clean place to stay extremely close to everything the city has to offer. The building was nice and secure and we felt safe with our kids. It also had a beautiful view from the apartment and the host was responsive do anything we needed. I recommend it to all that want to stay somewhere close to all the amenities of the city.

Worth every penny. Not ashamed yo say this is not my first time staying here and def wont be my last., Everything is close and plenty to do walking distance. Very secure building with helpful staff including hosts. Private large terrace with a nice jacuzzi to enjoy the great view is all i needed. Trust me and just rent it you’ll agree and then some! Enjoy

Tucked away behind a quiet garden landscape, it offers a peaceful escape while still being just steps from all the historic charm and vibrant life the area has to offer. The apartment itself is impeccably clean, with a warm, historic ambiance that reflects the rich heritage of the neighborhood. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful—making check-in seamless and my stay effortless. You truly couldn’t ask for a better location—close to every major site, cafe, and cultural spot, yet serene and private enough to unwind in total peace. I've stayed in many places, but this one stands out. There isn't a better place to stay in the Colonial Zone, and I’m already looking forward to rebooking very soon. Highly recommended!
