Besides Tarcísio's friendliness, what surprised me the most was the building's security — impeccable! The loft is complete and very well equipped: brand new kitchen utensils, a comfortable space for a home office and a rare tranquility to be found in São Paulo. Everything was extremely clean and organized. The shining refrigerator, new and functional appliances, and clearly and practically laid out instructions for use - helped a lot during the stay. The windows provide beautiful views and the sunset is simply breathtaking! A detail that makes all the difference is the grocery store inside the building: easy to use, accessible and super practical. The cleanliness was another highlight: pleasant aroma right at the entrance, impeccable environments, spare garbage bags available... everything thought out with great care and attention to detail. An excellent experience in every way. I recommend with my eyes closed!

We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry are very well equipped, which makes everyday life much easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, as it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator during the night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

The apê is even more beautiful than in the photos, we are delighted! Very spacious, spotlessly clean and all in great taste! The type of house that makes you want to live! The location is amazing and the parking lot is very easy to access. And Samantha is an excellent host, super quiet, with quick responses, even helping us a lot in two unforeseen events we had. We definitely recommend and would stay more often!

We had and amazing time, everything was perfect.

The property is a good size for two people and has good solutions for using the space. The night view is incredible and worth being in the trip records. The condominium where it is located (All Aclimação) has a good structure and is quite new and organized. Regarding the neighborhood, I had never stayed in Aclimação, in São Paulo, but it will be my base from now on. The surroundings of the property are very peaceful and the temperature is milder than in the rest of the city.

The apartment is as beautiful as the photos! Excellent cleanliness, easy mobility location and incredible view. But the main thing about my stay, with 3 children, was the attention of Host Luiz, who made us feel at home, and prepared everything impeccably. We arrived with purchases made, fruits, cakes, juices, etc. all prepared and previously aligned with Luiz, who made our arrival as if we were arriving home. During the stay we needed an electric kettle to make the baby bottle for the youngest and it was provided and delivered in a few hours. From the moment of booking, to pre-arrival and organization of purchases, the host's availability, proactivity, education and care was something I had never experienced in any other stay. Simply sensational!

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.
