I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was impeccable, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities I could need. The location was perfect — close to everything, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, giving great local tips and making sure I felt at home. I especially loved the cozy touches, such as the fresh sheets, the welcome gift, and the comfortable furniture. I would definitely stay again.

Diego was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The place was beautiful, very clean, and modern—exactly as described. The view overlooking the city was absolutely stunning. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, making it a perfect stay. I’d definitely love to come back and stay here in the future!

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks with our 2 year old. Not only was the place exactly as described, Elise was extra thoughtful in the amenities provided for our son. She was extremely responsive, and was gracious to allow us a flexible check out to accommodate his nap before our flight. I loved the apartment, everything was very clean and fresh. It is very comfortable and has a nice view of the city. The hosts treated me very well.

The space is cute, very cozy. The building is very quiet. I hope to come back again and again. Communication with the Host was excellent from start to finish. I was greeted by Antonia, Cortez's wife, she is so cute and friendly, she welcomed me very well, showed me the building and the apartment and explained everything very well. I definitely recommend it and will always come back!

Mr. Álvaro is a very nice person, he gave some tips on places in the region, he presented the apartment with a lot of attention. I highly recommend it, especially because of the location!

It was good the stay! I took my children and despite the building not having a playroom, the apartment was spacious and the building had a gym and swimming pool. A differential for me was having a feeding chair, a pigsty, a dryer... even items like cotton and cotton swab. Andrea, who did all the communication with me, was very helpful and kind. Leaving the building, you see the Allianz, very close. I recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Luiz's apartment is great! Large, spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication is great, he responds promptly and helped us a lot with an early check-in. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is a staircase to get to the apartment, since the elevators stop between the floors. But anyway, we love it and will be back when we can!

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary conveniences to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making your stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I will definitely be back.

Our stay was great. We were 3 adults and 1 child of 5 years. The apartment has bed linen, towels, a good kitchen structure with basic items, iron. There is no air conditioning (we expected it to be cold in São Paulo, but it was hot, I confess that the air was a little lacking, but the fans available in the apartment were sufficient). Everything was clean and organized. The apartment has a great location, easy access to the building, the host is helpful, kind and gives great tips (we love the Santa Micaela bakery, which he recommended). We recommend it!

The accommodation is a great option for those who need to stay close to Congonhas airport. The apartment was clean, the shower is excellent and check-in was easy and hassle-free. District well met expectations.

The apartment's location is great, close to the Brooklyn subway. Renatta is super attentive and the apartment met our expectations. I've stayed there before when I go to São Paulo for work. Oh, the hair dryer is great and saves space in the woman's suitcase. I highly recommend it!
