The house is very cozy, my family and I felt at home, everything was very clean and even the charming plants on the balcony were well cared for, which made the environment much more familiar to us. Gratitude to Sergio and the caretakers who were exemplary. We are already planning to return lol.

We spent a dream week in her house where Tai and the housekeeper (sorry I forgot her first name) prepare great breakfasts and reward you with their smiles and good humor. I would recommend this place in paradise in the village of Atins a thousand times, which has retained all its authenticity far from trendy and overrated places. We were there! And we loved it. We loved your stay at Casa Biana. From the facade to the pool, it's all beautiful! The house is new, beautiful, well decorated and organized. The kitchen had everything we need. It has 3 air conditioned in the living room, which makes the whole house cold and pleasant. The Cris diarist that Andressa recommended is wonderful and helped a lot (her orange cake is divine). We loved our stay and we'll definitely be back! Andressa was solicitous at check-in and other questions we had. We love everything!

We spent 5 days in Barreirinhas and Adriana's accommodation certainly made those days even better! Everything was perfect and organized, Adriana was always very solicitous and responded quickly. We certainly recommend the yellow house, and we would definitely come back!

The house is lovely, well-equipped and with an amazing view of the river. The population is very receptive and you easily feel at home. A real downside is the distance from Atins. The two markets we found in the village had very few items, to cook or make breakfast. Pedro's restaurant, next to the house, is really very nice and saved us with a wonderful dinner. He also took us to Atins in the morning, 25.00 per person round trip by rabeta (those canoes with a motor) or 250.00 per person, round trip, by speedboat. As our schedule included tours, we chose to stay only one night at Amanda's house, as the cost of transportation would not be worth it and we missed having a market with more options (there were no items such as bread, cream cheese, beer). Anyway, I recommend Amanda's house for those looking to rest and enjoy the beautiful river view. For those who intend to visit Atins, I don't think it's very interesting. Check-in was smooth.

The apartment is exactly as described, super comfortable and organized. The river view is beautiful, five minutes walk to the center. I'll recommend it to my friends, it was really worth it.

We had a great experience in this apartment! Although simple, it is very cozy and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, everything works perfectly and the space was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped, ideal for preparing breakfast and even cooking the basics when needed. One of the highlights was waking up to the wonderful view of the pier - the place is really charming. We also had a very pleasant surprise: the apartment has room service, which made our stay even more practical. The host Suely was excellent! Very attentive, kind and always responded quickly to messages. In fact, he recommended a serious and committed tourism company, which made all the difference in our tour. We also tried the resort's restaurant on two occasions — the food is good, but the service was not up to par because it was a little slow. Overall, it was a very positive stay and we definitely recommend it!

The apartment is very spacious, it has many household utensils, I just missed an air fryer and a coffee bottle, the rest had a lot! I really liked the accommodation, it's next to the pool, with a beautiful view of an arm of the Preguiça river, a very quiet, clean and organized condominium! For sure would return again!

Wonderful, the Rio Preguiças in the background is beautiful, great location, next to the bridge that gives access to the tours. I just missed a curtain in the kitchen window and on the living room balcony because anyone who passes by can take away our privacy, the rest is impeccable, I would stay again. Great host.

Very nice accommodation. Clean, tidy, everything working. We love hosting. The place is quiet, it accommodated us very well. I recommend it for sure.

We had a quiet stay, without any inconvenience from third parties, in a super pleasant environment and an accessible host, whom we thank very much, and when we return to Barreirinhas we hope to meet again.

The space is very good, it has a swimming pool and a playground for children. The accommodation is spacious, the kitchen is reasonably equipped, and the rooms are clean and well-structured. Breakfast is simple, but it does the job. The location is a bit of a downside, as it is about a 15-20 minute walk from the city center.

The condo is located next to the new bridge, which gives access to the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park. It is an excellent convenience, as on the return of the tour to the lagoons it was not necessary to face the "traffic" of the town center. In addition, it has a swimming pool, barbecue and a pier that has an excellent view of the Preguiças River. The shower is excellent, strong water jet and various temperatures. The guest can choose the one that pleases them the most. The apartment has several dishes and appliances. For those interested in cooking, you will find several household utensils.

Simple but fully functional environment! Marcos e Miqueias are very kind and polite people! Provided excellent tips and suggestions! Communication was quick and easy! The accommodation is close to the city center, with several restaurants, barzinhos, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc. A short walk (5 minutes) leads to the deck, where there are many handicraft shops and restaurants with typical food (I would suggest a lunch at the restaurant called A Canoa, with a wide view of Rio). Rio Preguiça, by the way, passes right next to the accommodation! Marcos has scheduled all the tours for us, and in general everything went very well (agencies search and leave guests at the Pousada itself)! Flexible check-out helped us a lot! We were treated very well by everyone in Barreirinhas! The reception and hospitality were incredible! The general structure is under development, but people make up for this with a lot of education and kindness! We intend to return soon!

The stay was great. And from what I saw will only improve. They are improving the outside, building swimming... Mauro and Ursula, owners, were very helpful and kind. Even bread took us to have breakfast. It is not in the center, but we can even walk, even up to the river, where they are reforming the waterfront. Great value!

Excellent experience! The apartment is exactly as pictured, well equipped, super clean and Maria is very attentive and helpful. About the location, you can go to the center on foot, a 15/20 min walk. For those who don't want to walk, it's not a problem. There is a taxi and motorcycle taxi throughout the city, in addition to the tours including the transfer service (round trip), searching at the condominium door, dispensing a vehicle rental. And to future guests: Make sure to watch the sunset on the Lazy River that passes behind the condominium. There is a dock of its own and the view is breathtaking! I'll be back more often.
