The house is very cozy, my family and I felt at home, everything was very clean and even the charming plants on the balcony were well cared for, which made the environment much more familiar to us. Gratitude to Sergio and the caretakers who were exemplary. We are already planning to return lol.

My stay was great, the house is as described, the rooms have very comfortable beds, and it is just minutes from the barreirinhas center. To get to the site at night passes through a park and there is no lighting (but it's pretty quiet) so I recommend you drive. The condo is very nice for sure I will return with my family!

Rosane's house is beautiful and cozy, in a super quiet place. Rosane was super attentive, gave several tips on places and tours. I will definitely recommend the accommodation to friends. If I have the opportunity, I will return to Lençóis and stay there.

I highly recommend it! The house is perfect, as beautiful as the ad. Very well equipped and spacious. 4 bedrooms with en-suites and all with air-conditioning, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. There is air in the living room and also in the barbecue area. All the spaces are comfortable, well-equipped and air-conditioned, we feel at home! There is also a pool on the ground floor and a balcony on the second floor, great for relaxing! The condominium is delightful, very beautiful, in the middle of nature and bordering the Preguiças River. We really enjoy being connected to nature, it also has a swimming pool, pig, courts and concierge. We really liked the location, although it's not right in the riverside area, it's very close, we walked every day and it was super peaceful. So, we thought it was great, because it is in a quiet area, away from the noise, but super close to restaurants and shops. Isabella was great, from the beginning she answered all our questions and during the stay she was always available for what we needed! 🥰

Excellent house with complete infrastructure, surprised our expectations, the condominium is very pleasant, has a wonderful pier, all the tours were looking for the river there. The house has a barbecue, private pool, large and air-conditioned rooms, comfortable and well-kept beds. Alessandro always proactive and polite. We hired the diarist indicated by the excellent host, prepared our 5-star restaurant-worthy meals. Amazing experience. We'll be back whenever we need it .

We spent 5 days in Barreirinhas and Adriana's accommodation certainly made those days even better! Everything was perfect and organized, Adriana was always very solicitous and responded quickly. We certainly recommend the yellow house, and we would definitely come back!

Our stay was great, everything was tidy and fragrant. The house is less than 10 minutes from downtown and this is great because downtown is usually a little noisy and very busy. Elielma was attentive the whole time, always responded quickly when we needed some information, I highly recommend it.

The house supplied all the needs of the group, it had everything we need, we were in 7 people, spacious and well-equipped house, good condominium air in all the rooms, house near the center. it has 5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, washing machine. I feel at home.

The house is lovely, well-equipped and with an amazing view of the river. The population is very receptive and you easily feel at home. A real downside is the distance from Atins. The two markets we found in the village had very few items, to cook or make breakfast. Pedro's restaurant, next to the house, is really very nice and saved us with a wonderful dinner. He also took us to Atins in the morning, 25.00 per person round trip by rabeta (those canoes with a motor) or 250.00 per person, round trip, by speedboat. As our schedule included tours, we chose to stay only one night at Amanda's house, as the cost of transportation would not be worth it and we missed having a market with more options (there were no items such as bread, cream cheese, beer). Anyway, I recommend Amanda's house for those looking to rest and enjoy the beautiful river view. For those who intend to visit Atins, I don't think it's very interesting. Check-in was smooth.

The space is faithful to the advertisement and fulfills what it promises. It's simple but well taken care of. Good bed, good internet, clean bathroom, fair price and super helpful host. I recommend it.

Bruno was very helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay. He made everything easier! He gave us directions and requested the purchase of the gallon of water before our arrival. The condominium is located a few minutes from downtown by car. There is a taxi station that always goes to pick up passengers easily. Tour companies also pass by the condominium, which makes it very easy. The condominium has access to the Preguiça River, which is very calm and peaceful. the house needs some minor repairs and a boost in cleaning, but it didn't hinder the experience at all. the air conditioning in all the suites worked super well and the bedding was in order. the bath towels were provided and were good too. the kitchen supported us for breakfast and was great with the sandwich maker, there's even an air fryer. I thought it was a great value for the money and I hope to return more often.

The house was better than it looked in the pictures. The only problem was the lack of pressure in the shower, which made the bath very hot or cold.

Think of a small place full of affection for the guest, and the hostess is a good person and makes you feel so comfortable, the ad is like the photos and it's in Max for two people. Bakery practically next door, pharmacy, restaurant, and so on. Super recommend this space.

Jonas was always very kind from booking to check-out, giving suggestions about the city. The chalet is super close and it is possible to go to the park on foot, we sought tranquility and we found it.

I loved my stay in Atins. Carol was an amazing host with so many recommendations, information and helped me find a tour very last minute! Due to an unexpected storm, I didn’t actually stay in this room as the road was completely flooded but Carol provided another room very close by which was clean and spacious in a good location. I 100% recommended booking one of Carols properties for your stay on Atins!

Casa Aconchego do Hubert and Érika is extremely wonderful. A beautiful, calm and cozy environment. 😍 Everyone in my family felt at home, we were able to enjoy each space, a unique experience.
