Francesco è stato un host impeccabile, la sua struttura è veramente l'ideale per chi vuole scappare dal caos cittadino. Gli appartamenti sono piccolini ma hanno tutto il necessario per vivere tranquillamente una settimana o più (suggerirei solamente di mettere un piccolo microonde cosi da poter scaldare qualche piatto al volo). La struttura è magnifica, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, ed è estremamente curata; inoltre Francesco mette a disposizione delle biciclette cosi da poter raggiungere la spiaggia vicina senza dover muovere la macchina. La consiglierei sicuramente a chi volesse soggiornare a San Foca e dintorni. Grazie Francesco!

Lovely apartment! Fresh and clean. Cafes, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Try to catch the fruit/vegetable truck. It stops near the apartment a few times a week. Really good and cheap fruit! Our host was quick to answer and helped us every time without hesitation. She even fixed a brand new high chair for our baby❤️

I spent here three weeks and I just felt like at home. The apartament has everything you need on a daily basis. I was able to work remotely without any issues. The building complex is very beautiful and the neighbourood is very calm and peaceful. However, I give the biggest compliments to the host, Domenico! Domenico was always super helpful, friendly and proactive, he even gave me a ride to Lecce! Overall, brilliant experience! Best wishes to Domenico :)

We spent three nights at Ippazio's place - it was great. The house is in a very quiet pocket, a short wall to a rocky, quiet beach and with stunning views of the sunset. Kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped, which was great as restaurants are a short drive away. Ippazio was very responsive, a great host! Thank you!

Luigi’s house was surrounded by a beautiful landscape with many fruit and olive trees. The location is great! Just a few minutes' drive from the supermarket, town and beaches, yet in a quiet location. In one week we only met two walkers and the farmer. The terrace provides plenty of shade thanks to its bamboo roof. Luigi's other houses are situated and built in such a way that you can still enjoy plenty of privacy without noticing your neighbors. A highlight was the garden shower, which also has hot water if you decide to take a shower under the stars in the evening. We also enjoyed using the barbecue to try the local fish. Communication with Luigi was great. He gave us lots of tips and information about the surrounding area, restaurants and beaches. He is a very nice and helpful host. We recommend Luigi’s accommodation!

es wurde ja schon viel geschrieben zu Giulianas Apartment. Deswegen möchte ich nur ein paar Dinge ergänzen, die evtl. bei der Entscheidung helfen können, ob dies das richtige Apartment ist. Ganz grundsätzlich ist es ein schönes Apartment, besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool und Bäumen ist wunderbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit Giuliana war hervorragend. Dinge, die beachtet werden sollten: - Das Apartment ist relativ schattig, im Sommer ein Vorteil, im Oktober eher zu dunkel, da auch die Terrasse im Schatten liegt. - Für zwei Personen ist das Apartment optimal, vier Personen sind eher ungünstig. Die Gästecouch mag für Kinder in Ordnung sein, für Erwachsene und für mehrere Tage nicht zu empfehlen, vor allem weil die Couch ein Durchgangszimmer ist. - Schade ist auch, dass es innerhalb des Apartments nur einen Bistrotisch gibt und keinen normalen, das ist der Größe des Apartments geschuldet und funktioniert auch für 4 Personen. Richtig gemütlich ist es allerdings nicht.

We had six wonderful nights at Elisabetta s house in Torre San Gennaro and it was everything we could have wished for. The description says it’s right on the sea and you couldn’t be closer without getting your feet wet in bed . It’s six or eight steps down to a rocky entrance to the Adriatic Sea . It’s very easy to enter and exit the sea , more so if you have water shoes but it can be done in bare feet as the rocks aren’t sharp . The house has everything you would need and everything works as it should . Elisabetta will help you with any small issues you may have ( we had none ) The area is small and flat with a few bars / cafes and restaurants . It is fairly quiet at the moment but the season is starting and people are starting to flood in . The bar over the sea is great for casual drinks and pizzas at excellent prices . The restaurant next door to Elisabetta house is called Zoki and is one of the best we have been privileged to have been to . Absolutely wonderful food .

Wir waren zu zweit für sechs Nächte in der Unterkunft und mehr als zufrieden. Mai ist noch vor der Saison, sodass wir allein in der gesamten Straße waren. Die Terasse ist ein Traum, jedoch für die Nachbarn einsehbar. Dadurch, dass wir allein waren, war dies nichts schwierig. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, Fernando war ein super Gastgeber und war immer gut erreichbar und freundlich!

The place is so cute and is the perfect location to explore the coast of Salento . You’re right beside sea. The place is spotless and luisa was great at responding immediately. You’re a walk away from lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend as a base.

Maria e suo marito sono stati host che, con grande gentilezza e discrezione, ci hanno accolti in una magnifica dimora sul mare: pulita, ben organizzata e con accesso praticamente privato al mare. 50 gradini vi separano da una scogliera brillante della quale potete godere una vista tranquilla e rilassante dalla splendida terrazza attrezzata. il parcheggio privato agevola gli spostamenti da una location che rimane vicina (5/20 mins) a tantissime spiagge meravigliose. Vacanza meravigliosa data anche da questa casa incredibile.

Wonderful location in a lovely town. We could not fault this well appointed haven after travelling almost 30 hours from the bottom half of the world. Mario gave v good advice on car parking - a tricky issue we had anxiety about. The cream on the cake was the courtyard in the mild Spring sunshine. In the centre of things - but with the bonus of a private outdoor space. Some music from down in the street on a Friday night but really recommended without hesitation.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal, um die traumhaften Strände des Salento und die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region schnell zu erreichen. Had a wonderful time staying at this spacious and peaceful apartment in the heart of Otranto, really felt like home. The location is impeccable, just steps away from the historic center and a short stroll to the sea. The apartment itself is incredibly bright, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out, offering everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Inside, all was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was exceptionally responsive, providing clear check‑in instructions and helpful local tips. Ideal location near both the sea and historic town center with a peaceful ambiance with an abundance of natural light. Siamo stati ospiti da Maria Teresa ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio l’appartamento un vero “gioiellino”e l’accoglienza ottima , l’host sempre premurosa nei nostri confronti dandoci ottimi consigli della zona . Abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e lei ci ha aiutato a risolverlo . Peccato solo che il tempo è stato un po’ brutto . Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri un grazie di cuore e un abbraccio

La casa è assolutamente gradevole, ben posizionata e c’è tutto l’occorrente per una vacanza di relax in famiglia. Si trova non lontana dal centro storico di Lecce e facilmente raggiungibile. Il proprietario di casa ci ha davvero aiutato per un inconveniente avvenuto la mattina della nostra partenza. Grazie!

I would not hesitate to recommend this air bnb or to stay there again. So nice to personally meet the hosts who were extremely welcoming & friendly. The seaview terrace was great for taking in the view, enjoying the night lights, as well as soaking up the sun while enjoying a glass of wine. Easy walking distance to the beach & numerous restaurants.

Fantastic. The apartment is clean and modern and host Stefania is very friendly and helpful. She is willing to answer all your questions and give extra information about the city. For us as users of the public transport the location is perfect. The train station is a fifteen minute walk. Within ten minutes you are in center of Lecce where you can view the beautiful city and enjoy all the delicious food that the region has to offer. The apartment itself is large with a separate bedroom and spacious areas to eat and sit comfortably. There is a small kitchen and a corner with a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. We were very curious about the private pool but it exceeded all our expectations! It's nice to cool off on hot day but it is even big enough for swimming a few small laps. The terrace is spacious, really private and has morning sun. The region has a lot to offer and we certainly didn't get bored in a week. So there is a good chance that we will return to this apartment!

Excellent rapport qualité / prix pour cet appartement tout proche de la mer. Le quartier est très calme, et des beach club se trouvent à 10 min à pieds ! Idéal pour profiter de la plage. We have been travelling to Italy for years - and this is one of the greatest apartments we have ever stayed in. Unlike in many other flats, everything in Ulrike’s place is exceptional: the design which is vintage yet timeless, spotless standard of hygiene and little things that make you feel welcomed. Ulrike prepared small welcome and goodbye gifts and was ready to answer all of our questions. The view from the apartment is wonderful and gives you an opportunity to rest from the sun. The flat is located in the very heart of Nardo: the town is lively and wonderful, yet the apartment is very quiet. It is also sunny and spacious, we will definitely return! ❤
