Everything is excellent; Location, apartment structure, close to the subway station and several commercial points. I exchanged currency near the building. I did a lot of things walking around the neighborhood. I found it super safe. The apartment has a TV with a connection for the cell phone. I used the stove, electric kettle and cooking utensils (everything was perfect). perfect wifi. very good shower water. I would definitely stay at Clemente's apartment again. very satisfied

Carlos' instructions were clear and he was attentive at all times if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos' fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked very hastily and it just happened to coincide with the cleaning. Other than that, I'd go back to the apartment, great for couples🥰.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities and services, not to mention the unparalleled beautiful view. Host Soledad, very friendly, responds quickly and gives great industry recommendations. In addition, we went with our one year old baby and Soledad arranged the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable and quality bedding as well), even in the same crib he left a gift for him. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely come back.

This is the 4th time we have stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in a depto de Sergio and through him I reached this depto. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very accommodating. The depto. is very well located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Parque Arauco. It is at an important junction of Santiago and with excellent arteries to move around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everyone is spotless (the appliances: coffee machine, electric pava, toaster, hair dryer, etc are in perfect condition). The environments are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is a wonder!!!! Definitely a place to return. Excellent host, very kind and it took almost nothing to respond, the accommodation had very friendly concierges, the apartment had what was necessary and the facilities were very good...we would come back again!

It is a divine apartment, with everything you need to spend a couple of days, with good storage space. Open view, lots of light and sun all day. There were three adults, the only thing I can say is that there are only two stools to use in the breakfast room. All three of us slept very well, both in bed and on the sofa. We really enjoyed the stay. If I return to Santiago, it will surely be an accommodation option.

Our stay was spectacular, the house is wonderful and the photos don't do justice to how big and comfortable the spaces are. The view and place are incredible, with a way down to the beach very close. The only thing was that the pool filter never worked and the water turned green and cochina but everything else worked perfect.

We really liked the place with my family, we bathed limb in the pool and the jacuzzi my daughters enjoyed limb. the second floor is spacious, very good disposition don Manuel with the issue of check-out, nothing to say, we would go again.

Amazing place with amazing hosts

Very good stay, I went with my mother, my wife, my sister and my two young children and I always felt at home. An excellent predisposition of the host for all activities. I would definitely recommend Macul Hostel again!

The house is spacious, it has all the kitchen utensils, large pots, pans, covered, among others, it has a lot of space, the clean pool and the tinaja was one of the protagonists of the stay, it works with firewood that is obtained in the vicinity of the house, the host is very kind and responsive and always attentive at the time of arrival, the only thing that was quite uncomfortable was the presence of flies that hopefully they can fix, everything else is excellent.

Excellent stay, the house complies with all the details indicated, clean house, tidy, the pool environment, the green areas, the access to the lake are beautiful. Place with an excellent location, safe neighborhood, close to metro, malls, stadium and green areas. The place exceeded our expectations regarding space and amenities available, I recommend it for a several day stay.
