Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Sant'Antioco

Josephina was very friendly and punctual. The house is on 3 floors with a space outside where you can eat and private parking space. The location is great, 3 minutes walking distance from Calasetta beach and 5 minutes on foot from downtown. Highly recommended!

Raffaela's place was just as described - quite spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a useful en suite wc/sink for one of the bedrooms. It's in the newer part of Carloforte just outside the old district, about 6-8 mins walk to cafes, restaurants and maybe a 10 min walk to catch the ferry back to Sardinia or nearby Calasetta. The kitchen was quite well equipped if you want to eat in, with a lovely outdoor eating place. There's no wi-fi or air con but the mobile service was pretty good. Overall, it's a good value, very convenient option if you want to stay on the lovely island of San Pietro. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it's somewhere you can stay without a car and use local buses or bike rental to get to some lovely beaches and beauty spots. Silvia, who took care of us, was very attentive and helpful. She responded immediately to all questions and was very helpful with advice on dining and excursion options in the area. We visited Porto Paglia in May, outside the high season, and we were extremely satisfied. The whole area is full of magical paths for walks, blooming and fragrant nature, beautiful sunsets and completely empty beaches. If you are looking for a quiet and pleasant environment right by the sea, then this place is absolutely great in May. The accommodation is well equipped and clean. Responsive hosts, courteous , no communication issues The apartment was impeccably clean! There were all the necessary kitchen utensils, of good quality; as well as dishwasher , washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms , spacious bathroom .. beach essentials; the place is in a complex , very quiet and secure a few km from the first beaches On the other hand , the apartment being on the ground floor, it is dark in the parental room, bathroom and kitchen; the bedding is a little hard but it's only my taste The garden with BBQ , table and chairs is a plus we enjoyed We recommend this property for a stay in the south near the beaches.

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment was exactly what I was looking for: clean, having breakfast every morning on the balcony. The location was perfect – Restaurants, wnkels within walking distance. Everything was well arranged and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, also gave local tips. Sardinia is magically big with lots of beautiful nature for mountain biking, hiking etc.. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

The place is large (bedroom, kitchen with living area, bathroom and a very large outdoor area) and was very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. Alfiero is a super nice and accommodating host. He responded quickly to any question and helped us out. Sant'Anna Arresi is a small place, a supermarket is just around the corner, to the beaches you always need a car, the nearest beach is in Porto Pino and is 10 minutes away by car.

Really nice cottage with a wonderful view of the sea. Really spectacular view! The house was comfortable and convenient to the beaches in the area. Excellent for our mini vacation. Thank you Matteo and thank you to your parents for your kindness.

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

Flavio and his girlfriend are welcoming and adorable. Their rental is pleasant with a well cared for garden and an appreciable terrace. Very good stay for us.

Massimo is super nice and accommodating. He was always available and quick to respond. Everything is very straightforward. Location is quiet. The place has everything you need and has plenty of space. We were there with 4 adults and 5 kids and the space was completely adequate. We enjoyed using the spacious barbecue. There are outdoor showers and a private pool. There is also enough space for the kids to play outside in the garden. The nearest small beach is within walking distance. A slightly larger beach with beach bar is available in Porto Pino, about 5 minutes by car. We loved it. Clear recommendation 🥰

Excellent choice for lovers of nature and tranquility. The place is spacious and impeccably clean. The little extra is provided by the hostess, the very beautiful and cuddly Luna, who meows you welcome at each arrival. Ubaldo also takes care of 14 cats, offering them a shelter at the entrance of the Cala Domestica, a little south of Buggeru, where he brings them food 3 times a week. We attended a feeding session and it was funny, because there is a cat - maybe the leader? - who makes his own rules in the pack. In short, it was a pleasant stay in all respects.

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

We stayed in 3, 2 adults and 1 child at Fabio's house, we had a great time. The house is as described, spacious, clean and with all the necessary and useful services and comforts. The area is very quiet and safe, Fabio is an excellent host, very kind and helpful and immediately ready to answer our questions and our needs, as well as having given us all the necessary information for our stay in Porto Pino (supermarkets to go to and beaches to see). The apartment is spacious and bright with a spacious and comfortable terrace overlooking the salt pans. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Central but quiet area, a location from which you can visit the center on foot but also move easily to the beaches and the rest of the island both by car and scooter. Federico was courteous and helpful both in terms of flexibility of schedules and in providing us with directions to places and restaurants worth checking out. A week-long stay in which we felt at home. Highly recommended

Elena's home is as described, cozy and quiet. The apartment is a few minutes from the historic center, it is equipped with everything you need for a good stay and the cleanliness is impeccable. Mrs. Elena was very kind, she welcomed us and met our requests.

Heavenly terrace. We spent a long weekend of pure relaxation. Very close to the most beautiful beaches in the area (15 minutes by car at most). Recommended!

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.

Elisabetta welcomed us in a very friendly way, showed us everything and also asked in between if everything was okay. The house has everything needed to spend a few relaxing days here. The location makes it possible to reach many beautiful beaches and also Cagliari relatively quickly. We felt very comfortable here and can recommend the accommodation (especially for families) without reservation.

We had a good experience with Andrea’s place and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal.
