Holiday rentals in Sant'Andrea

Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft! Die Lage ist einfach nur genial: tagsüber kann man Elba erkunden und abends den Sonnenuntergang und Ruhe genießen. Eine Riesenempfehlung und wir hoffen, wir kommen nochmal wieder 😊

Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit traumhafter Terrasse. Der Blick auf das Meer ist gigantisch! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, das Bett und das Sofa sehr bequem (tolle Matratzen), die Dusche im Freien einfach herrlich! Wir haben uns sehr erholt und kommen definitiv wieder! Danke Franco für die tolle Kommunikation!

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Es ist klein, aber fein und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus, aufgrund der engen Zufahrtsstrasse empfiehlt es sich, mit einem Kleinwagen anzureisen. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Gemeinschaftsgarten bietet einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer und spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge. In nur 15 Gehminuten erreicht man zwei kleine Buchten, die sich ideal zum Schnorcheln und Baden eignen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana negli appartamenti di Andrea e Kristina e ci è piaciuto molto. L'appartamento è bello, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Le terrazze sono spaziose e offrono una vista incredibilmente bella. C'è un parcheggio per l'auto vicino alla casa. Anche il mare è molto bello. C'è una spiaggia di sabbia con un ingresso graduale, oppure si può andare sulle rocce per chi sa nuotare bene. La casa si trova su una collina abbastanza ripida! Quindi, chi non è molto preparato fisicamente o ha bambini piccoli troverà molto difficile salire sulla collina (ci vogliono circa 25 minuti per salire realmente). Vicino alla spiaggia c'è un parcheggio che costa 15 euro al giorno (10 euro per mezza giornata). Nelle vicinanze c'è un piccolo negozio dove si può comprare tutto il necessario. E portate sempre con voi i repellenti per le zanzare! In generale, siamo molto soddisfatti della vacanza e ringraziamo.

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern dort und fanden die Unterkunft grossartig. Vor allem den grossen, traumhaften Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Es hat verschiedene Plätze mit Liegestühlen und Loungemöbeln und einen grossen Esstisch mit Sonnenschirm (der auch bei Regen schützt). Von dort hatten wir eine traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Abendsonne haben wir auf dem Platz (Solarium) oberhalb des Hauses genossen. Von dort hat man eine wunderbare Weitsicht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet und wird sehr gut unterhalten. Nach einem Gewitter war der Boiler defekt und wurde sofort durch einen Neuen ersetzt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war grossartig. Er kümmerte sich sofort um alles und antwortete postwendend. Zum fantastischen Strand von Fetovaia sind es 10-15 Minuten Fussmarsch. Ein Stück des Weges führt entlang der Strasse, uns störte dies jedoch nicht. Wir geben dieser Wohnung die Bestnote und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! Casa nel Bosco is a very special place. Such a beautiful spot underneath a large umbrella pine with views across the sea to Montechristo. Part of the Mount Capanne nature reserve with walks on the doorstep, it was chocka full of wild flowers in spring and we saw some wild boars. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house which was easy to do with so much privacy and space. Our teenagers enjoyed watching the lizards and insects go about their business. Interesting quirks like the outdoor kitchen made unloading the dishwasher novel! There are little seating areas dotted about through the woods, and a path to a waterfall which we cooled off under. Don’t miss the fireflies in the trees at night! We had lots of contact with Adriano and he gave us some nice recommendations. We loved the local beaches and snorkelling at Pomonte. There is also a nice restaurant there where we spent our last night and watched the sunset from their terrace

Abbiamo passato due settimane da Boris. L’appartamento e molto fedele alle fotografie e la terrazza é ancora più bella di come é descritta. La vista è assolutamente eccezionale, la spiaggia di Fetovaia e a 500 metri percorrendo a piedi un percorso. Nonostante l’assenza di aria condizionata, i ventilatori al soffitto sono molto efficaci. Boris, che abita al piano di sotto, e un host disponibile, reattivo ed estremamente discreto. La casa e fornita di tutto il necessario (cucina funzionale, barbecue).

We loved to stay at Simona’s cosy tiny house! We had everything we needed, including garden with refreshing shade of a big tree! Felt like at home, really! Place is very peacefull, walking distance to sleepy village centre of Poggio with bar and cute narrow streets. It’s about 5 mins by car to the sea side. We are travelling with kids, and Simona’s place was comfortable,safe, quiet and super clean! Shame holidays are over now! 🌞
