Larry & Kelly were truly amazing hosts!!! Everything listed on this app was exactly as such in the cottage we rented from them. Kelly greeted us in such a kind manner when we first arrived and was very welcoming. Both hosts were active in messaging us to see if we needed any extra toiletries or paper products and answering any questions we had about where to go while on our stay. The cottage was clean & provided everything we needed with no issues. Larry & Kelly helped make my honeymoon with my husband easier and extremely relaxing. Whenever we come back, it is our hope they will be available to book again! Wonderful home, lots of privacy, great hosts! 10/10 for my first time booking an AirBnB.

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we got to the house- delicious cookies were made for us when we arrived- to the moment we left- very easy checkout. Vicki was responsive to any questions we had. Vicki truly thought of everything. My sister and I were in such a rush to get to Florida- traveling from Tennessee- that we forgot beach towels and a beach bag. It was a lifesaver that those were provided for use at the house. I could not recommend this home enough. I hope to visit again.

My husband and I had the best weekend thanks to Bonnie letting us stay at her cottage! We were late to check in and she was more than understanding about it. She greeted us with the warm smiles anytime we talked and always made sure we had everything we needed. She also communicated very well if she’d be leaving. Overall we definitely recommend staying with Bonnie and we hope to return soon!

Jean has provided everthing a guest could need and then some. We wished we had some items for the beach; there they were. The place is charming, beautiful, and comfortable. coffee, utensils, plates mugs, cups, tea, and items you might have forgotten, like salt and pepper, or some mayo or a water bottle are provided. It's a perfect location with Joe Patti's seafood, other nice restaurants, the baseball stadium, downtown events, shops, and bistros within walking distance, and a short drive to the gorgeous beach. Jean is helpful, available, and friendly. This was our second stay over several days at Jean's, and there will be more.

Context: Argentinean couple visiting - 2 small dogs - $180/night. Beautiful neighbourhood, close to the bridge to the beaches, with parks to walk or excercise as close as 2 blocks from the cabin. The cabin is small but very nice, everything was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The shower and the bed were great. Cooking can only be done with a microwave. Parking is on the street -no issues since it seems safe-. Small patio between the cabin and the house where you can sit to enjoy fresh air. We trully enjoyed our stay, Terri was very polite and clear in her instructions, we had privacy and felt comfortable at all times. It was our first time visiting Pensacola and were able to tour different places since the cabin is almost mid-point between places you can visit. We would definitely recommend it, it's a 5 stars in all aspects.

Staying in this tiny home with Felix as our host was simply…PERFECT. I highly recommend staying here. Everything was clean, extremely private with our own little gate we could open and close. Each night the sounds of the forest soothed us until dawn when the birds would sing for us. The space has everything you need we cooked many meals and shared wine at night and coffee in the morning. I felt as a kid again in a perfect and safe neighborhood. If you have a chance to book this, please romanticize every moment. This is so underrated. One of the best places I’ve stayed in. That’s saying a lot. We travel quite a bit. Tonight I’ll dream I’m in that bed sleeping to the sounds of the crickets or rain and hopefully waking up there, hahah! This place is the REAL DEAL. 10/10.

We had to evacuate here through hurricane Milton and it was the best place we could have stayed. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. We had a great time considering the circumstances.

The house is just as pictured and is conveniently located to downtown. Gia was very quick to respond and super accommodating to our needs.

The Coconut Cottage was the perfect place to stay for our trip. Nice neighborhood, close to plenty of things to do, great hosts!

We stayed over memorial weekend and it was the perfect location. Close to all that we wanted to do. It was well stocked with all we needed and nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable. We will stay there next time we are in town. Thank you!!!

House is very cleaned! I wish I would of done my research a little more in the sense how far you are from “Pensacola Beach” , but other than that they house is exactly as seen on the pictures.

It is exactly what it says it's is...a small bungalow that is perfect for a quick stay. It is close to the Naval base if you are going there. The donut shop down the road is awesome. Not a lot of other activities in the area but does have some decent restaurants close by. Allen allowed us to bring our 4 dogs when most others only allow 2. We will come back if we go to the Naval base again.

I had an amazing stay at Clara's Cottage! The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The space was exactly as described—if not better—super cozy and comfortable. Clara was an incredible host; she was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions I had. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing and convenient spot to stay!

The space worked perfectly for my needs. The bathroom is quite small but I am a very small person - so just be aware. I loved the walking path by the water 😍. I was there to visit my daughter at Corry Station. It was 8 min away and also by NAS for when we wanted to pop over there! There were plenty of towels and blankets available. There is a Murphy queen I think. Then the “couch” is actually a day bed with a trundle. I also loved the TV set up. You can log into all your accounts and it automatically logs you off on your check out day!

Host was very friendly and reached out when requested in a timely manner. Home was super clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. Ample parking and very safe neighborhood. Would most definitely stay again.

This place had everything we needed. It was unfortunate that the hot tub had a leak and we were not able to use, but Lenore went above and beyond to compensate for it. We plan to come back and hope to use it again. Things that stood out for us was the shower head. It was quite nice to use. The bed was comfortable. She has went above and beyond with having the place stocked and providing things for you to use during your trip. I saw life jackets and a styrofoam coolers, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, even the toilet paper had stamps or designs. She really cares about her guest experiences and will answer any questions. She even got us dinner since it was our honeymoon. We added some shells to her seashell garden. We had a great time and thank you for being such a great host.

Mike & Dianne were awesome hosts and the guest suite was adorable! I stayed for a month and it had everything I needed! It’s super close to downtown - a 5 minute drive. The perfect little getaway spot for your Pensacola trip.

It was a nice place to stay. It was a convenient place to be to get to the hospital to visit with my sister.

Beyond expectations! This tranquil beach house is nestled in the perfect location for peaceful vacationing while being close to everything you would want to do in the Gulf Shores area. Marty and Ron are fabulous hosts and their property is absolutely beautiful. Already looking forward to planning our next trip!

This tiny house met all of our needs for the weekend. It was in a very safe and nice location. It was enough room for the 2 of us. Place was just like the pictures. Very clean. Hope we can visit again soon.
