Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Maria Navarrese

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine ds le logement de Fabiano. Nous avons été accueillis par Andréa le co-host qui a été tout le long de la semaine disponible pour nous. Nous avons passé des moments très agréables en sa compagnie et nous le remercions encore pour ces conversations, ses cours d'italien et sa générosité. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado y el piso aunque es pequeño para 4 personas es muy acogedor. Las playas cercanas son preciosas y una cosa que me gusto mucho del airbnb es que en la entrada tienes un patio con una manguera lo cual es perfecto para quitarte la arena que traes pegada en el cuerpo antes de entrar a la casa. La cocina esta muy bien equipada, y la casa nos la entregaron limpia. Una cosa a tener en cuenta es que todas las puertas deben permanecer abiertas durante la noche para que el aire acondicionado circule correctamente por toda la casa, ya que solo hay un aire en la cocina. Laura se comunicaba de forma rapida y eficiente con nosotros e incluso tienen una guia que te ayuda mucho con los sitios cercanos.

We stayed in the condo for two weeks and it is perfect. The rooms and bathrooms are large. The kitchen was also well setup. The grocery store is next door and Main Street is a 5 minute walk. The owner is very responsive and provided extra towels and sheets when I requested new ones. I will share one word of caution, the mattresses are rock hard (no exaggeration). For a couple of nights, you can get by but for two weeks it was quite rough. I would still book it again though even with the mattresses because of the great setup and location.

One of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed in. Location is perfect for staying in the beautiful east region of Sardinia - in Olgiastra, which is a blue zone. You really see, feel and experience the blue zone from how welcoming, warm, kind & generous the hosts are, and becuse Baunei is a small village, you can see all of the friendly locals walking around. The hosts left fruits & veg from their garden in our fridge and freshly made drinks. The apartment has the most beautiful view of the mountains & sunset, it is modern, clean, children friendly and just mesmerising. It comes with everything you need (outdoor courtyard & washing machine) & Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Simona was always available to answer questions promptly and provided a guide of the best recommendations for restaurants. Great Restaurants & Food markets are local, within walking distance. You are in the best location to get to hot spots - Cala Gonone, Goloritze, Marilou. Beautiful hikes & beaches of east. We will be back!

Appartement très propre, proche de la plage. Nous avons pu mettre nos motos à l’abri dans un grand garage. Propriétaire très sympathique.

Our family of 5 had an incredible experience staying at Mario's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property was exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made the stay very comfortable. The location was nice—and in a peaceful area. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything that was listed on the site. The kids specially appreciated the pool table to fill in down time when not out and about. Throughout my stay, Mario was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and offered a book with helpful local tips. It was clear he put a lot of thought into making the experience seamless.

La Orange House è molto accogliente, silenziosa, pulitissima. Bellissimo mobilio, divano e letti comodissimi, zanzariere e condizionatori, tutto quello che serve per essere a proprio agio. L'alloggio era pulito, le spugne morbide e profumate, la biancheria impeccabile. Pentole e stoviglie nuove. La zona è calmissima è c'è un bello spazio esterno nella veranda dove si può pranzare e cenare. La zona è molto comoda per ogni spostamento, di notte c'è una calma meravigliosa. Consiglio la Orange House e torneremo sicuramente!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Der Blick ist wirklich wunderbar und schenkt sehr viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Wenn es nicht unbedingt ein Sandstrand sein muss kann man auch gut vorne zu den Klippen laufen und dort eine Runde Schwimmen und sich Sonnen. Die Lage des Hauses bietet auch eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

Auch wenn wir nur zwei Nächte im Airbnb verbracht haben, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Airbnb hat uns sehr gefallen, alles wie beschrieben und der Garten war besonders schön! Im April hatten wir den Strand fast für uns allein. Baden war sogar möglich, also gerne Strandtücher mitnehmen. Zu Fuß erreichbare Restaurants gibt es in der Nebensaison nicht, jedoch konnten wir in der Küche sehr gut kochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Franca est une personne vraiment attachante et très à l’écoute. L’appartement et le superbe balcon donnant directement sur la mer permettent d’assister à des levées du soleil spectaculaires. Les bougainvilliers en fleurs, les citronniers débordant de fruits mûrs (dès le mois de mai), le chant d’innombrables variétés d’oiseaux, la mer turquoise, la plage de sable fin, l’immense massif rocheux en arrière-plan font de cet appartement un petit bijoux. Bien que situé dans un endroit extrêmement tranquille, tout au bout d’une petite route, le site de Zinnibiri Mannu est à proximité d’excellents restaurants. Le rythme de vie des gens de cette région et leur gentillesse est peut-être ce qui est le plus remarquable et le plus agréable. Il n’est pas surprenant que le village de Tertenia recèle autant de centenaires: les Sardes savent comment apprécier la vie et prennent le temps de la vivre. Das liebevoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Familienhaus im Grünen mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Die kleine Dachterrasse ermöglicht einen 360-Grad Blick und ist ein zusätzliches Highlight. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für eine ruhige Auszeit. Wer Ausflüge zu entfernte Strände machen möchte, sollte zusätzliche Fahrtzeiten einplanen, da man erstmal aus der Bucht über die Berge fahren muss.

We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. Thank you so much for a great week!

Great villa in a beautiful part of Sardinia! We loved our stay at the villa, which was clean and comfortable with a nice garden. The beach is a five-minute walk and it is gorgeous (white sand, crystal clear water and shallow at the start, so very kid friendly). The area is off the beaten path and we loved that. There are beautiful mountains around and lovely beach restaurants. Doriana was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Paolo’s place is a fabulous spot for a couple looking for a base in a beautiful, local-feeling village and a breathtaking view. Communication from the host was excellent - he made us feel very welcome. The real plus of the place is the roof terrace - the view is absolutely stunning. There is plenty of space with tables and chairs and a canopy. We ate every meal up there and just enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen is fairly well equipped with all you’ll need for a week’s stay, and the Co-op is just round the corner - ideal. If you are hiring a car, we would recommend parking on the main road, just down from the property, as the access road is very steep and we struggled to park in the garage. Not a problem though as parking is free on the road and there is plenty of space, and it’s only a few seconds more from the house. Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Eine traumhafte Aussicht - Frühstücken mit der aufgehenden Sonne und Blick auf das Meer, was will man mehr! Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll gestaltet und bietet eine tolle Ausstattung, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zu Gastgeberin ist unkompliziert und schnell, mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen zur Wohnung und zur Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

Le logement était agréable et très fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié la communication avec Michele et Agnese qui ont été très réactifs et sympathiques. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement.

Ottimo appartamento, equipaggiato per qualsiasi necessità e anche di più. Posizione eccellente per fare spese e per chi volesse raggiungere le spiagge senza dover utilizzare per forza l’auto. I proprietari si sono dimostrati più che disponibili e squisitamente gentili. Assolutamente consigliato.

Ich würde dieser Unterkunft nicht nur 5, sondern am liebsten 10 Sterne geben – denn hier war wirklich alles perfekt! Die Wohnung ist topmodern, blitzsauber und verfügt über eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist zentral, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich, hat uns herzlich empfangen, mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt und stand uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Ich komme auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder! Wenn Sardinien, dann ganz sicher diese Unterkunft.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Marcantonio. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, neu, schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool war wunderschön, alles ist perfekt für Familien eingerichtet. Marcantonio war sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Er hat selber Kinder und ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Die Gegend ist traumhaft, viele Strände sind innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch die Hügel und Weinberge waren ein Traum. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Le logement de Vanna Daniela est très agréable ! La plage est accessible à pied en quelques minutes, un commerce se trouve juste à côté. C'est idéalement situé. L'appartement est propre, agréable, avec une très bonne literie, et contient tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Surtout, Vanna Daniela est une hôte remarquable, aux petits soins avec les personnes qu'elle reçoit. Je recommande chaudement ce logement !

Mi sono trovato molto bene, ed in più ho avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare la moto nel cortiletto interno chiuso da cancello.
