Everything was great and nice. Mariano is very friendly and responsive. Only thing, i think place is smaller than it looks like in the photos.

A lovely place to stay.

The apartment is very nicely located, the view from the balcony is unique. The balcony is a communal balcony that you share with 3 other parties. But everyone has their own area, so that didn't bother us. If you are looking for accommodation with good infrastructure, you have come to the right place. There are two beautiful beach bars, several ice cream parlors and restaurants. The port can be reached in a few minutes. I highly recommend a boat trip to the many beautiful bays. Only those who seek peace and quiet and value privacy will probably not be happy here. Even in mid-June, there was already a lot going on and even at night it was sometimes not exactly quiet until the morning hours due to rattling mopeds and occasional beach parties.

We had a wonderful time in Alessandra's lovingly furnished apartment! The beach is really just a minute's walk away and beautiful (and empty). You can also easily do shopping on foot. The surroundings are fantastic and Alessandra gave us great tips for excursions with children. In the apartment there was everything you needed. We will be happy to come back.☺️☀️

Editta was very friendly and the communication worked perfectly. The location of the place is perfect. I loved the view from the terrace, the mountains on the right, the sea on the left! There was parking directly on the street. The sea is a 5-minute walk away and restaurants and an ice cream parlor are also nearby. We felt very comfortable! Thank you very much, dear Editta! Stefania's place was truely amazing! We received such a warm welcome and instantly felt at home. The apartment is very spacious, equipped with everything you need and we slept very well. The breathtaking views of the bay and sea were a highlight. We appreciated being within walking distance of everything, yet also having convenient parking directly in front of the house. We also loved Santa Maria Navarrese, a charming town where you can spend your days on the beach, head out for a boat tour, or explore some beautiful hiking. We will definitely come back!

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

My husband and I spent a week in Frederica and Andrea's exclusive apartment. We felt very comfortable there. Thanks to their tips, we saw a lot of beautiful things. A nice experience was also to go to the restaurant of the fishermen's cooperative in Arbatax. (Oyster Bar) and then walk through the pine forest there.

Romina’s place was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, comfortable, and in a great location. She was really responsive and helpful throughout. Would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely amazing apartment! Super clean, stylish, and comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful, providing tons of great tips on what to do in the area. Communication was fast and friendly - specially impressive when we had a small issue that got resolved almost immediately. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommendable!

Pam and Tito were wonderful hosts and were helpful and responsive through the entire experience! They went above and beyond and provided us with beach towels for our boat ride and relayed directions to the local grocery store. Everything is within walking distance including stores and restaurants, however, you need a car to get around to the beaches and such. The space was very clean and fully furnished with AC. Highly recommend this listing!

We stayed here for a couple of weeks climbing in the area, the location is perfect, walking distance to the sea, supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful walking routes and a short drive to spectacular climbing. We were here in November so it was quiet and peaceful which was perfect for us, I’d imagine the summer is a tad busier! The apartment was spacious, great balcony facing the sea, adequate kitchen utensils, and fairly comfy. Would definitely stay again!

We were very warmly welcomed. The apartment was exorbitantly clean, which you rarely see. The grounds are especially great with a small child, because the child can play in the garden without running away. The beach, which is a few minutes' walk away, is also beautiful with a calm sea.

Our stay was really wonderful. The check-in & checkout was super easy. The apartment was in top condition, just like in the pictures. Very clean, stylish and lovingly furnished. The communication with Joseph, Daniela's son, was very friendly. He was extremely helpful and even asked us if something was missing or if we needed anything else in the apartment. Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean equipped with great amenities. It is clear that it has recently been renovated and with appreciable choices. It is particularly quiet, in the center of the village and close to the streets that lead to fantastic natural places. The host is very helpful.

The appartement was wonderful. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom also clean. We would definitely recommend staying at Alexandra’s place when visiting Baunei.

The accommodation was fantastically beautiful, just as described. We had our own private hot tub and grill, which we liked to use. The service was extremely courteous and friendly! The complex was very nicely designed and clean. Overall fair and definitely worth a vacation
