Ich habe die Wohnung für meine Eltern gemietet und sie waren absolut begeistert von Fabio. Er ist ein wundervoller, freundlicher und stets hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat sogar für meinen Vater den Fernseher so eingestellt, dass er Nations League schauen konnte. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Fabio hat sogar Strandtücher, Sonnenschirm und Campingstühle bereitgestellt. Besonders hat meinen Eltern die große Terrasse mit dem großen Esstisch und dem Sofa und den Sesseln gefallen. Hier konnten sie die meiste Zeit im Freien verbringen und haben es sehr genossen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sogar ein Thermomix von Vorwerk ist vorhanden. Es gab wirklich nichts, was meine Eltern in der Küche vermisst hätten. Meine Eltern hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, vielen Dank dafür Fabio. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Per la seconda volta abbiamo avuto il piacere di poter trascorrere tre settimane magnifiche e pacifiche.e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra un grazie particolare a Marcella e Angelo che ci hanno accolti come amici di vecchia data. Arrivederci Sardegna bella.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Terrasse, da könnte man auch locker die Zeit verbringen, wenn nicht so schöne Strände in der Nähe wären. :) Sehr empfehlenswert, gern wieder, tolle Gegend. Und besonders herzliche Gastgeber, da fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen. Danke dafür!

We spent a week at Antonio's place. The house has a very nice atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay there. The house is well equipped with everything. There's one A/C in the whole unit (in living/dining room) but it was enough for us to cool down the whole house. The house is very centrally located, so there will be some people traffic around, especially in the evening hours, but it didn't affect us at all. Nice front porch with plenty of space and there's also a little back porch with outside shower and a laundry room with an additional toilet. There is no private parking but it's easy to park anywhere on the streets. We never had a problem. In Santa Maria Navaresse everything is walking distance. It's a tiny village but very peaceful and beautiful. Antonio and his family welcomed us with joy, even though we arrived pretty late into the evening. We also got to taste his home made liquor. I can only wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Anna a été très réactive pour tout et d’une extrême gentillesse . La maison est comme sur les photos et très propre. La plage est vraiment à 3 min à pied. Je recommande +++

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ansprechend. Die Terasse ist groß und bietet viel Platz, um auch bei Regen mal draußen zu sein (wir waren im Oktober dort). Drumherum sind viele andere Ferienhäuser, im Oktober war aber fast nichts los. Allerdings wird unweit noch eine weitere Siedlung gebaut, sodass wir an einigen Tagen Baustellenlärm hatten. Das wird sich aber natürlich ändern, wenn die Arbeiten abgeschlossen sind. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, oder am nahen Strand waren, war es nicht so schlimm. Der Strand ist 500m entfernt und echt schön, feiner Sand, geht flach rein: gut mit Kindern. Es gibt außerdem ein Bar-Restaurant am Strand, super! Ein paar Meter vom Haus gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit dem Nötigsten. Sehr hilfreich. Der nächste auch eher kleine Supermarkt ist 5 Autominuten entfernt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden wiederkommen. Grazie!

We stayed here for a couple of weeks climbing in the area, the location is perfect, walking distance to the sea, supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful walking routes and a short drive to spectacular climbing. We were here in November so it was quiet and peaceful which was perfect for us, I’d imagine the summer is a tad busier! The apartment was spacious, great balcony facing the sea, adequate kitchen utensils, and fairly comfy. Would definitely stay again!

Die Wohnung/Haus von Marco ist sehr schön am oberen Hang gelegen, ist mit einer umlaufenden Terrasse ausgestattet und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Es war slles sehr sauber sowie gut und neu eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist auch das Areal um den Pool, was wir gerne genutzt haben. Wir fanden es auch sehr schön, dass der Strand fußläufig erreichbar war. Dadurch kann man abends nochmal zum Strand gehen, der eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und Stimmung bietet. Insgesamt ist Marcos Unterkunft eine schöne Basis für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub! Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass die Unterkunft die obere Etage eines zweistöckigen Hauses darstellt, von dem auch die untere bewohnt ist. Die Eingänge sind zwar separat, aber man ist nicht alleine in der Unterkunft. Uns war diese Tatsache so nicht aus der Beschreibung bekannt und wahrscheinlich hätten wir sie dann auch nicht gemietet. Es war aber trotzdem eine schöne Woche und wir können die Unterkunft durchaus empfehlen.

Zur Begrüßung selbstgebackener Kuchen, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Ein weitläufiger Strand vor der Tür (5 min), Blick aufs Meer und wunderschöne rote Berge. Am Eingang eines wundervollen Wandergebietes! Nach Süden ausgerichtet, mit großer überdachter Terrasse. Wir haben die Abende am Pizzaofen ausklingen lassen. Mario und Silvia haben sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles gefällt. Wir haben die Zeit vollstens genossen. Wer Touristenmassen sucht, muss sicherlich woanders suchen. 👍👍👍

Overall a lovely villa. Large lounge area and sheltered outdoor seating area with a beautiful view towards the sea. Huge swimming pool and a large secure garden. Beautiful and well equipt barbeque area. Could not find cushions for the plastic loungers and a sun shade.The stay at the villa could benefit from Wifi.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour chez Dominique. La maison, au sein d'une résidence de tourisme fut une agréable surprise, très propre, bien aménagée et une jolie vue sur la mer et la piscine. Elle offre toutes les commodités nécessaires. Sur la résidence en elle même nous ne pouvons pas être objectif car ayant séjourné fin octobre, rien n'était ouvert. La plage de foxi manna se trouve à 3kms en voiture, la un bar restaurant était encore ouvert. C'est la plage La plus proche de la résidence avec du sable fin. Nous reviendrons volontiers en pleine saison. Merci pour tout à Dominique

El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila, con piscina y una cala a 3 min a pie. Tiene canchas de tenis, fútbol, voleibol. Es necesario contratar servicio de sábanas y toallas si no se llevan. El acceso es muy bueno. Hay un aparcamiento justo alado pero hay que trasladar el equipaje a mano unos 50 metros ya que es una zona peatonal y el coche no accede a la casa. Tiene aire acondicionado lo cual se agradece mucho. El agua no es potable en casi ningún sitio de la isla, por lo que hay que comprar antes de ir. Si no se trae nada de alimentación hay un bar justo en la urbanización para desayunar, comer y cenar. Pero es recomendable parar según se sale del aeropuerto en algún supermercado. De todas formas hay tiendas en urbanizaciones cercanas a 5 min en coche. Pero se debe mirar los horarios porque cierra a medio día. Hay una piscina comunitaria con otras 3 casas. Muy tranquila y relajante.

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage dort. Es ist ruhig, die Aussicht ist herrlich und Nicola ist bei Problemen immer schnell erreichbar! Es ist gut möglich, dass wir mal wieder vorbeikommen :)

Heerlijk huisje aan het zwembad en dichtbij het strand in een prachtige rustige omgeving. Van alle gemakken voorzien, gezellig en heel schoon. De communicatie met Valentina is heel prettig, fijne instructies en tips voor de omgeving. Bedenk je van te voren dat er geen uitgebreide supermarkt in de buurt is. Voor de essentiële verse zaken is een supermarkt in Tertenia. De pasticceria Da Paulo in Tertenia is fantastisch. We komen graag nog eens terug op deze fantastische plek bij deze hartelijke host 🙏🏻

A great place to stay, very clean and a really comfy bed. Such a good base to explore the area and has lots of walks from the door. Santa Maria has everything you need and has plenty of places to eat! Alex was a fantastic host, really helpful, giving us suggestions where to go and explore nearby! Thank you!

Wir waren fast zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist etwas älter und eher rustikal, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man baucht (eine Spülmaschine wäre noch cool). Sie ist außerdem mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zwei Terrassen mit einem tollen Blick über das Meer. Am besten ist die Lage! Direkt am Meer, zentral im Ort Santa Maria Navaresse, man kann alles zu Fuß erledigen, trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. Der Ort hat uns sehr gefallen und man kann von dort aus viel unternehmen. Der Garten ist eher wild und kann nur als Fußweg zum Meer genutzt werden. Bei uns war der Strand sehr sauber. Tolles Wasser, aber sehr steinig und darum nicht optimal zum Baden. Aber der Badestrand ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß weiter weg. Giuseppe war äußerst nett und immer gut zu erreichen. Er hat sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

La casa di Guido si trova in una zona tranquilla a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro del paese, dalla spiaggia e dal porticciolo. La zona dove si trova il tavolo all'esterno è ombreggiata tutto il giorno ed è veramente piacevole passarci le ore più calde della giornata. La doccia in giardino è un vero spettacolo di ritorno dalla spiaggia. Casa ordinata e pulita dotata di tutti i confort descritti. Grazie Guido per l'ospitalità e la gentilezza! From the moment we met them, we knew that our trip as well as our hosts were going to be something special. We were so well taken care of by Bobo and Giusy. Captain Bobo’s knowledge of the weather/currents lead us to beautiful protected bays away from the crowds. Everywhere we visited, we were just a short swim away from a beach we could be completely alone on. Giusy must have been taken out of a 5 Star restaurant and put on Blue Magic to cook for guests. Everything we ate and drank was so delicious. She is also part mermaid, leading us in snorkeling adventures into caves and underwater tunnels, playing with jellyfish and telling us about all the creatures we saw. In the downtime we would play games together, laughing and telling stories or napping in the sun on the deck. We left with inside jokes and local secrets we’ll keep forever. This trip was truly unforgettable and I wish we never had to leave. The two of them made an incredible sailing team and even better hosts for the week.

Het is echt een fantastische plek je loopt zo het strand op. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Frederica reageerde altijd snel Heerlijke relaxte vibe op het strand en omgeving

My daughter and I had a fantastic time with Alessio! We felt immediately welcome and at home. He gives great and good advice and is all the time available. When there was a little problem he solves it immediately. We also went on a boattrip with him and his sun to see the great beaches of the Baunei. He knows the right places to go and fixed for a little extra price drinks and lunch at the beach. His house is of walking distance of the beach and the little village where you find all you need . We were there 5 nights and I will sure try to go back to his place when I go back to Sardinië . Alessio and his son are really nice , honest people . Thank you for the great time we had . Host cortese, precisa, disponibile. La casa anche meglio di quanto apparisse dalle foto, spaziosa, comoda, pulita, vista super, terrazzo fantastico, docce esterne calde prima di salire in casa. Spiaggia bella e poco affollata. Tutto perfetto, se si è alla ricerca di una location tranquilla, come nel nostro caso ( 2 famiglie con bambini). Non adatta a persone che cercano divertimento serale, paese per passeggiata o negozi ( presenti solo due minuti market) . Per quello che cercavamo noi, tutto perfetto.
