Si trova in zona molto tranquilla, a 500 metri dalla spiaggia centrale di Santa Maria e dal porticciolo turistico. Farmacia, supermercato, fruttivendolo, fiorista, bar, gelaterie e ristoranti si trovano a poche centinaia di metri. Equipped with a balcony with sea view and a short walk from the main services (cafes, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants), the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, but is particularly suitable for 3 people. Excellent base for excursions to the Supramonte of Baunei, the beautiful coves of the Gulf of Orosei and the best beaches of Ogliastra.

Quiet within walking distance of the sea

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo e distante dalla spiaggia solo 250 metri. I posti letto sono quattro e le camere da letto sono due. Adatto anche a due coppie. Un bagno completo con lavatrice . Una grande veranda consente di mangiare all'aperto. Servizi vicini: market, ristoranti tipici, porticciolo con varie attività sportive o noleggio di gommoni o barconi per visitare le cale. Tassa di soggiorno comunale 1,50 € al giorno per ogni persona.
