Waterfront holiday rentals in Santa-Maria-di-Lota

Très satisfait du logement, de sa décoration et de sa propreté. Quartier populaire de Bastia proche du port, de la citadelle et des commodités. Un bémol sur l'accès et le stationnement en voiture dans une petite rue.

Super séjour dans ce joli studio bien aménagé et parfaitement situé au coeur du quartier de la citadelle. Tout peut se faire à pied même si nous avions louer une voiture. Se garer gratuitement dans la rue est possible mais il n’y a pas toujours de la place et les rues sont étroites et en pente. Nous sommes arrivés un jour de fête et impossible de trouver une place mais après avoir appelé Dumé il nous a arrangé une place de parking pour une nuit et vraiment il a été épatant et efficace. Dans le studio la vue est splendide et la fenêtre fermée nous n’entendions plus aucun bruit de l’extérieur. Nous avons pu cuisiner à notre guise et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement bien et rapidement. La salle de bain est super également et pression de l’eau sous la douche est impeccable. Merci Laetitia et Dumé pour ce studio vraiment agréable et la petite attention lorsque nous sommes arrivés.

Le logement de Sébastien est une petite merveille, parfaitement situé, proche de la mer, de commerces, de restaurants etc.. le logement est idéal, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, et également très bien pour un enfant de 2 ans et demi. La terrasse ensoleillée et son barbecue nous ont conquis !! Sébastien à été très disponible et arrangeant, encore un grand merci, grâce à vous nous avons passé de sublimes vacances ! Merveilleux séjour chez Pascal. Environnement magnifique et Paisible. Hôte accueillant. Le logement est parfait. Vie mer. Accès direct a la plage. Tout était parfait ! Nous reviendrons chez Pascal !

Logement idéal pour deux personnes. Très bien situé à proximité de St Florent (commerces) avec une vue superbe sur la mer. L’accès possible à pied à la plage est un plus indéniable. Résidence très calme. Le logement est bien équipé. La climatisation a été très appréciée la nuit pendant cette période de fortes chaleurs. Logement propre. Marie Noelle est très réactive quand on a besoin d’un renseignement. Pour notre premier séjour en Corse, nous avons passé de très belles vacances

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, entspricht genau den Bildern und Baptiste ist jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen ist unglaublich. Parken kann man direkt vor der Tür und das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen und erneut buchen.

We spent 3 nights in Erbalunga in January 2025 in Beatrice's apartment. Corsica in winter is never that inviting as habitually the weather is cold and windy and the people hunkered down at home and restaurants, for the most part closed. The welcome by Yolande and Cyril (Beatrice's contacts in Erbalunga) was warm, friendly and efficient. They helped us with our luggage and were friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment itself is quirky, comfortable and clean. The view however is stunningly beautiful particularly sunrise. Erbalunga is one of my favourite villages in Corsica. This time it did not disappoint, "au contraire on était ravis" as they say in French.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt im Juni 2025 Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Emmas Haus. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – ideal für entspannte Urlaubstage. Die ruhige Lage nahe dem Strand war für uns perfekt. Emma ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft von Ghjuvanna war super. Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen, der ruhige Ferien direkt am Meer machen möchte. Die Lage ist super, ruhig und idyillsch, auch die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht.

Il posto è meraviglioso, una casetta immersa nel verde con una bella piscina dove potersi rilassare e il mare a pochi passi. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Super!

Wir hatten das Gefühl in einem kleinen Paradies gelandet zu sein. Die Unterkunft mit einer großzügigen Terrasse ist ganz bezaubernd und der kleine Pavillon mit Blick zum Meer ist noch das Sahnehäubchen on top. Die Kommunikation mit Pascal war super gut und sehr schnell. Wenn nochmal Korsika dann unbedingt wieder hier.😊

We stayed at Laure‘s apartment for 6 nights and it was a great holiday. The house has a very beautiful view of the sea, the area is so peaceful and calm and you have a pretty terrace! The house itself was very modern and new with everything you need (and more). Laure was nice and gave us great recommendations for the area! We had a lovely holiday and we can recommend Laure‘s AirBnB!

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en el alojamiento de Geoffrey! Una casa preciosa con todo lo que necesitábamos, nos dio recomendaciones geniales y es una base perfecta para conocer el norte de Córcega. Se podía ir caminando a la playa a través de un precioso paseo por un bosque y tiene un chiringuito cerca con precios muy razonables y gente majísima. Los perros y nosotros hemos disfrutado muchísimo, sin duda volveremos!

Host molto reattivo , struttura in résidence tranquillo e sicuro. Terrazzo super sul mare e dintorni incantevoli. Merita.

Sehr gute Unterkunft! Wir waren zu sechst für eine Woche auf Korsika. Die Unterkunft war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet (inklusive zweiter Küche, Bad und Grill im unteren Geschoss auf Ebene des Pools) und gut gelegen (fußläufig zum Zentrum). Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passés une excellente nuit dans le logement d'Alain. Il est moderne et possède une vue splendide sur la mer.

Appartement très bien tenu propre et bien équipé. Hôte disponible quasi-immédiatement pour les explications. Centre du village tout proche. Nous n'hésiterons pas à choisir ce logement pour une autre visite à St Florent

We chose this location for its proximity to Bastia and Cap Corse, and also for its beachfront location. All was true; we were satisfied, able to see Haute-Corse from there and enjoy short swims before or after our voyages. I want to separately comment on the communication with Millie La Conciergerie, which was always quick, meaningful, and respectful.

Excellent séjour chez Nina ! Nous avons été accueillis par son mari, qui était très aimable et plein de bons conseils. L'appartement était beau, propre et bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la flexibilité concernant les horaires d'arrivée et de départ, ainsi que le petit cadeau de bienvenue. Des petits détails qui font la différence.

Lovely apartment that was pristine and outstanding on all fronts. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Für uns war Maud via Chat super erreichbar. Sie hat uns gute Tips für Restaurants und die Umgebung gegeben. Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir festgestellt, dass jede Person eine eigene Bettdecke benötigt. Maud hat sich selbst darum gekümmert und sie bis zum Abend besorgt. Es war alles wunderbar.

The apartment was very central, clean, and as described; quiet and well appointed with an easy process for coming and going. It was particularly well equipped for a longer stay.

Die Unterkunft ist mit großem Geschmack wunderschön eingerichtet. Zudem war alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Marie-Carolin ist sehr, sehr nett und hat sich besonders bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlten. Sowohl der Chech-in wie auch der Check-out waren völlig problemlos. Sollten wir wieder nach Korsika reisen werden wir diese Wohnung sehr gerne wieder buchen - sie ist wirklich empfehlenswert.
