I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

Amazing, wonderful stay at the trullo…the grounds are lovely and verdant, the pool is pristine, spacious and well appointed, the shady area with loungers sits under a mature walnut tree and is perfect for daydreaming and reading and morning coffee. We loved this stay more than nearly any other we’ve had and would absolutely recommend it. The trullo was cool, even with ac off, on hot days and it was so quiet, which was exactly what we were hoping for. Antonio came by regularly and offered us limonade and homemade gelato as well as a basket full of fresh garden goodies. Absolutely loved this place and would return.

A 5-star accommodation. Large apartment, well exposed, very well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. While being close to the beach, and small shops. Bike, BBQ and Jacuzzi available. Complimentary coffee pods and a bottle of red wine. A view of the sea and the breathtaking sunset. We would have stayed there for a few more days. I recommend it 1000%.

One of our best AirBnBs ever. Massimina and Donatello have made this place a small piece of paradise. Stunning views, a wonderful terrace and a very clean and welcoming interior. Lovely details and an overall warm atmosphere. We immediately fell in love with Torre di Merlino. Massimina is the warmest and most attentive host. Once there, you don’t want to leave again. 100 % recommended.

Beautiful villa that had lots of activities great for friends/families. We loved the pool and hot tub and especially the pizza oven! The only issue we had was that the villa wasn’t particularly well kitted out with basic things like enough loo roll/bin bags/dishwasher tablets. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would love to come back one day.

This place was even more beautiful than the photos. Gorgeous views everywhere you looked. Sunrises were magical. Ada and her husband were so very kind and helpful with any questions we had. This place is a perfect oasis for a group gathering. You wouldn’t need to leave the property if you didn’t want to. So much to see and do right on site including pool and outdoor pizza oven. Several little spots to eat or have a drink with sea view within minutes. Santa Maria Di Leuca is only 15 minutes away with many terrific restaurants and touring options!

we loved our stay in Lecce! we were greated and showed the entire appartment. the place is spacious and we felt right at home. we wished we could have stayed longer. it has everything you need and is located only a few minutes away from the centro storico, while being in a very quiet area.

Paolo was an outstanding host – warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as perfect as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The villa itself is just amazing – full of character, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. But the real highlight? The view. Absolutely breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice – it’s something you have to see with your own eyes. This place is a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We liked the stay in Marco's apartment very much. The view of the sea and the terrace with pool are beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. There is a good beach bar at the beautiful, nearby bay. Castro is just within walking distance. One advantage was the private parking on the property. The communication with Giorgio was quick and uncomplicated.

Francesco and his wife and children were so helpful with suggestions of restaurants and places to go and visit. The unit was exactly as described and met all of my needs and expectations. I will definitely be going back!

We had a wonderful time at Laurita’s. We arrived quite late in the night and herself and daughter was there to greet us and show us around which was very nice of them being so late. The home was immaculate/spotless and very comfortable. We felt right at home cooking up meals but also walking to bars and restaurants near by. Also, the two private terraces were a treat for sunset and wine. If you want to take it easy and go slow this is the place.

A special stay for 3 nights, in a lovely setting. Alessandro gave us fantastic recommendations for local shopping, and the kitchen faculties were great to cook in ! Spongano is a cute town, check out the icecream shop too. Alessandro's place has lots of space, and makes you feel like you're really staying in Italy !

Occasionally on Airbnb you arrive somewhere and it’s like hitting the jackpot. Each and every space is beautiful, well appointed and through a design lens- stunning. Laid back luxury at its best. We are a (grown up) family of 9 and appreciated the numerous spaces to step back for moments of solitude - both inside and out. All the bedrooms are gorgeous- so no one left feeling like they’ve pulled the short straw, and the kitchen is perfect for creating big dinners. A cool (thanks to the air con) sitting room-perfect for reading, and bathrooms all well designed and good looking. The pool is beautiful- big enough to get a proper swim in which in my experience is rare, but the huge table under the canopied terrace off the kitchen was the place to be! The village bar is a 2 minute walk away and more restaurants a 15 minute walk. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Rocco and the wonderful house keepers for making our stay perfectly fabulous.

Wonderful stay in a very peaceful location. Enea was very prompt with communication and met us at the property. A lovely couple who greeted us with kindness. We were even left some local bakeries 😋 The villa itself is perfect, with lots to see and do around. We particularly liked being able to walk or cycle to the beach and also the nearby town of Gallipoli. Thanks again for having us!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Rosetta's. Lovely large grounds, very quiet and private. Awesome pool but we only used it a couple of times since the weather wasn't ideal. Great location to enjoy day trips to Castro, Otranto, & Gallipoli, and other small towns nearby. Highly recommended.

This is the nicest Air BnB we have ever stayed at. It is as beautiful as the pictures depict, both inside and out, and exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were very helpful with any questions we had and were very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place.

We spent seven amazing nights at Franco’s place. The house and its surroundings are just stunning. I second the person who had said that the pictures do not do justice to this place; the view is breathtaking and the house itself is lovely and cozy. We immediately felt home here, and it was very difficult to leave. Franco sent very helpful instructions on how to get in the house, and he was always available and responsive when we had questions. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

The property is very lovingly designed, we felt right at home here! By car, you can reach Otranto in just under 20 minutes and Lecce in 30 minutes. The kitchen was well equipped. We can recommend the property!
