The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Impeccable stay and extraordinary hospitality! My family and I couldn't have asked for anything better! We went down to Pesaro for my wedding out of town, and we relied on his structure. The house was perfect: clean, well-kept, equipped with every comfort and corresponding in everything to the description, if not even better in person. But the real added value was the owner Elvin (and not only him, but also his whole family, his wife and his 2 children): extraordinarily helpful, present at the right time but never intrusive, always ready to give useful advice and respond quickly and kindly to any request. He made us feel really welcome, as if we were at home. A rare hospitality to find, which made our stay special in every respect. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking not only for a place to sleep, but an authentic experience of hospitality and care. We will definitely be back

The accommodation matches the description, is on three floors and is equipped with everything you need in both the kitchen and bathroom. Christian is really helpful and takes care of his guests in a professional and courteous manner. Having to report the only "negative" thing that we discovered only upon our arrival and on which the owner is already working is the poor telephone line or internet network. Even using the phone hotspot it was not possible to use the internet on the PC because the phones (of different operators) did not have reception. However, a stable connection will soon be available, I only recommend, in case you think it is necessary, to make sure of it. For the rest, check-in and check-out are very simple, quiet area but close to services (bus stop right outside the gate) and small touches that made us feel at home, such as chocolates and a bottle of wine that were offered to us. Thanks Christian for your kind hospitality!

What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

The house of the three cypress trees is very comfortable, in a quiet area, it offers all the necessary amenities, suitable for those, like us, who have a dog. Massimo was accurate and attentive to our requests for advice. Mrs. Patrizia is very kind and helpful. We actually had a beautiful vacation. I recommend this place to everyone.
