I loved the stay in the apartment. Everything was impeccable and I would definitely come back! Very clean, tidy, with good infrastructure, well equipped (even a steamer, it had one!), very careful and attentive hosts! They even put personal hygiene items! The apartment is also well located, in a residential area, very close to Savassi!Highly recommend and would stay other times! Thank you!!

Space as per photos and description, close to the airport, commerce nearby. We stayed only one night, as we had scheduled flight for the next day, we will be back for sure.

It is worth mentioning that nearby, there are excellent bakeries that provide a full breakfast, such as the Pão Total and Araújo bakery. It is close to excellent restaurants such as Travessia 2001, and those located on the edge of the Lagoa, such as: Flamboyant, Brasa, No bar and Barril. It should be noted that the parking lot is a little narrow, with a little difficulty to maneuver. As a result, larger cars are prevented from using the parking lot. In conclusion, it is very worthwhile to stay at the property managed by Frederico. Congratulations, I recommend it.

This is the second time we've stayed at Christina's house. The apartment is really a great value for the money. It has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/service area – all equipped with everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood next to the center, so you can walk, and it has a beautiful view of most of the city. As always, communication with Christina was great, making it easy to get in and out. Thank you very much!

Perfect AirBnb for a multiple week stay in Belo Horizonte in Savassi. Close to everything you need. Modern and clean apartment. The host was very kind and helpful. Would gladly come again.

Absolutely beautiful place with the best view! The location offers easy access to great restaurants and scenic running tracks. The building is secure and safe, with controlled access, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Our host, Lorena was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs. First, the Ada was very attentive in passing all the information and instructions prior to check-in. The apartment is a cozy cozy, really charming! It has the necessary utensils for meals, everything clean and organized! The location is another favorable point as it is close to restaurants, shops, shopping malls and the center. It is safe and offers a leisure area with a beautiful view of the city, a very well equipped gym. Anyway, I highly recommend and Ada is an excellent hostess, congratulations!!
