The second time I stay in the apartment, it feels like home, it has everything you need for several days of stay, walking 5-7 min from the entrance to the national stadium in the back area where the contact center is, you can walk safely in the area.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos: cozy, well decorated and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The building is super safe and the location is excellent, with a charming coffee shop on the corner, which offers impeccable service. It is about 20 minutes on foot from the main squares and tourist spots. We received food orders by app without any problems, the delivery was made directly at the reception, which was very practical. Communication with Lorel was great from start to finish, always attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is well equipped and ideal for two people. We had a very pleasant stay and we definitely recommend it

Luisa was very nice. She was attentive to us throughout our stay, with recommendations and instructions for taking transportation. The bed is very comfortable! It has many blankets in case the temperature drops. The sofa bed is not so comfortable, I would not recommend sleeping there. The space looks small but is very comfortable.

Everything is impeccable, very cozy and the host responds quickly to questions and queries. An excellent place to go back to.

This place worked great for my month-long stay in Santiago. I'll just point out a few highlights of the apartment that were of particular importance to me: - Fast and reliable internet. I work online with lots of videoconferencing and had no problems. - Clean and modern, with a comfortable bed - A metro station about 30 meters out of the apartment door. I didn't originally plan on using the metro very often, but it ended up being a lot more useful than I thought - Cristian is very responsive if you have any questions. Thanks for the great stay, I really enjoyed my time in Chile!

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in a depto de Sergio and through him I reached this depto. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very accommodating. The depto. is very well located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Parque Arauco. It is at an important junction of Santiago and with excellent arteries to move around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everyone is spotless (the appliances: coffee machine, electric pava, toaster, hair dryer, etc are in perfect condition). The environments are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is a wonder!!!! Definitely a place to return. Staying at Felipe's place was the best part of our trip. I'm sure that if we had stayed anywhere else, we wouldn't have had the same experience in Santiago. We spent 8 days there, taking our time to explore and enjoy the neighborhood — it was amazing! And the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning!

Excellent location. Downtown area and with access to public transportation. A Carabineros station is very close, which adds security to the street. I would definitely go back to his apartment.

I've been to several Airbnbs in Santiago and this has definitely been the best. The apartment is modern, clean, very well distributed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access and surrounded by services.
