House holiday rentals in Santa Flavia

We hebben genoten van onze week in de mooie villa. De tuin en het grote zwembad overtroffen onze verwachtingen. De accomodatie is heel ruim voor een groot gezelschap. Ook van de houtoven en de barbecue in de buitenkeuken hebben we met plezier gebruik gemaakt. De villa heeft een mooie authentieke sfeer en ligt dichtbij leuke plaatsen en mooie stranden. Wat ons betreft een aanrader!

L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

What a beautiful month we just had at Casa dei 20 Frutti. We dreaded leaving and miss it already. We loved every single thing about our stay. The place, incredible. What a view. So comfortable, a great home away from home. The location, perfectly central. We went on a different adventure every single day. There are just so many places to see and just about all are easily doable as day trips. Our hosts, exceptional. Sophie and Alberto are just the nicest people, so generous with their time, with all the beautiful fruits on their property, and they gave us so many great tips on places to visit. An absolute wealth of information. We will absolutely be back. We just can’t say enough great things about this incredible place.

Beautiful home and lovely hosts. I would note that other guests should be aware that this is not a convenient location to get to the main city, like Palermo etc. It is close to Caccamo. We would return again to enjoy complete and utter solitude. The grounds are gorgeous.

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

Sehr sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns nach der Ankunft direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Massage war ein Traum und Valentina hat alles möglich gemacht, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas gebraucht hatten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr idyllisch durch die Lage, den großen, schönen Garten und die Wellnessmöglichkeiten, sodass wir auch mit Baby einen wundervollen, erholsamen Urlaub genießen konnten. Ganz großes Dankeschön

Vincenzo was very welcoming and helpful, giving us a lift from and to the train station. The flat is great, very clean, well equipped with everything we needed for the vacation. It is a bit small for five people but still worked great for us (two adults and three 16 year old). Already for 4 or 3 people it is great, for two you will have plenty of space. The location is fantastic, a minute away from the beach (and the bay itself is worth the trip), a couple minutes away from a bakery (you can buy wine where as well!), few minutes away from a supermarket and pizzeria. It is not directly at the bay which is a good thing, as it is quite at night (streets near the bay are active and loud till late). All-in-all, highly recommended, an excellent choice for a vacation. Definitely coming back again.

Hosts were really firendly. They left us some bakery products, water, beer and grapes. It was lovely. We also had a small problem with the alarm and they helped us in 5 minutes. We wanted to check-in half an hour earlier and they allowed us. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean - there were some ants, but the ants were also in our second apartment, where we stayed, so I guess it's normal :) We got to park right next to the apartment. The little city itself is cute, but there wasn't really anything to do. We loved one bakery that was like 150 meters from the apartment. We mostly went to Palermo by car. We cooked almost every dinner in the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed - bowls, knives, salt, oil etc. One of the hotplates did not work but it was okay. Overall we would recommend this place, it was cute and the design was awesome, you could park for free. But just keep in mind, that you shall need a car to drive to bigger cities/beaches.

Très bon accueil de Vincenzo, très réactif, serviable. Logement bien situé, proche du château, dans une petite rue calme, tout à fait conforme à la description. Possibilité de se garer pas très loin gratuitement.

Pobyt w domu Daniele, był fantastyczny! Dom urządzony w starym włoskim stylu co sprawia, że jest mega klimatyczny! Wszystko zgodne z opisem i przytulne. Polecam bardzo pobyt w domu Daniele.

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

We had a lovely stay at Salvatore's place. The view from the rooms was breathtaking, the apartment was very clean, and having a private parking spot in Palermo priceless. Salvatore was always very responsive. Check-in was flawless and we felt immediately like at home. The apartment has A/C in the bed rooms, which is a must during summer. The location is perfect to reach Mondello or Palermo's city center in just 10 minutes by car. This gave us the possibility to enjoy both the beach and the cultural beauties of Palermo. We will definitely visit again once we are back in Palermo. Thanks :-)

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Danielas Unterkunft in Termini Imerese. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – besonders angenehm fanden wir die Klimaanlage, die an warmen Tagen für Abkühlung sorgte. Ein echtes Highlight war die schöne Terrasse, auf der wir gerne entspannten, und der wunderbare Meerblick direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal: ruhig, charmant und perfekt, um sowohl die Umgebung zu erkunden als auch einfach mal zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Gegend hat uns wirklich begeistert – authentisch, freundlich und nicht überlaufen. Daniela war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – danke, Daniela, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! (:

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und in das schöne Appartement geführt! Alles war blitzsauber und der Anblick vom Balkon ist ganz wunderbar. Zu jeder Tageszeit! Toll war, dass die Utensilien für den Strand auch zur Verfügung standen! Für uns als Rucksackreisende war das natürlich toll! Ich habe mich schwer getan wieder abzureisen! Nochmals vielen Dank!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! We got a super warm welcome with some local sweets, which was such a nice surprise. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The hosts were great – always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The location is just few minutes off the main road between Palermo and Cefalù, so it’s a perfect spot for exploring the northern part of Sicily. Despite the road being close, it was very quiet in the apartment. One thing we loved was how cool the apartment stayed – even though it was really hot outside, we didn’t need to use the AC at all thanks to the curtains keeping the heat out. The bedroom stays pretty dark throughout the day because the window doesn’t let in much light. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing place! It felt like home. Alessandro was very responsive and kind enough to accommodate any of our needs. Pictures show the beauty of the place: nice private terrace, spacious bedrooms and a nice new kitchen. A small bakery and a supermarket just around the corner was a nice benefit. 10min walk to the beach in a safe area. We will definitely come back!

Wir hatte drei sehr schöne Tage in Casa Limon. Werner ist hilfsbereiter, freundlicher Gastgeber. Kommunikation schon vor der Reise war super. Werner antwortet sehr schnell und gibt sehr genaue Infos. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Stadtmitte und der Strand sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar und man findet immer auf der Straße ein Parkplatz. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Skøn bolig med den smukkeste udsigt til vand, stand og bjerge. Meget dejlig lejlighed som var fuldstændig som beskrevet. Vores vært var meget behjælpsom og altid hurtig responderende. Stor anbefaling herfra.

We absolutely loved staying at Sebastiano and Rosa's air BnB. It was incredibly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Sebastiano was super responsive and quick at replying to messages and kindly allowed us to check in earlier than expected. The location was great for getting to places in Palermo and there are lovely restaurants and Gelateria's super near. We have an amazing stay and would highly recommend.

Vi var fire personer plus en hund. Vi havde et dejligt ophold på 7 dage. Vi kom i bil, hvilket jeg vil sige er optimalt. Vores små lokale restauranter var rigtig hyggelige…men skulle du besøge andre restauranter skal du bruge bil eller taxa. Den lokale strand er små klipper men når man har klaret denne udfordring er vandet yderst behageligt. Der findes rigtig mange dejlige strande indenfor 10, 20, 30 og 40 kilometer. Vores værtinde Laura var yderst behagelig og gjorde alt for at behage os. Det var et rigtig dejligt hus med den smukkeste udsigt oppe fra tagterrassen, hvor vi spiste vores aftensmad. Morgenmaden spiste vi på terrassen i stuen med udsigt ud over haven. Køkkenet var yderst velfungerende og velassorteret.

C’était un moment hors du temps. Mon seul regret, c’est de ne pas y être restée plus longtemps. C’était bien plus que parfait : la vue est incroyable, le quartier est calme… Une véritable bulle, un instant magique. L’hôte est très gentille et souriante, tout était parfaitement propre. Je recommande à 100 % !
