Villa holiday rentals in Santa Flavia

Stayed for a few days. Firstly confusing to locate the driveway, it comes up quickly from the highway. Giuseppe arranged to meet us and let us in. Place was spotless clean and bright. The minute you saw the balcony with the view it relaxed you. Located not far from Palermo on a main road. Restaurants are all along the road in either direction. Supermarket is a down the street also. Kitchen has all the needed appliances Balcony has Lounge chairs, seating area and a barbecue. Would book this again if ever in the area for an extended time, so you are able to enjoy all the amenities. AAA+

Valeria was extremely welcoming and helpful. we felt right at home. the Airbnb was impeccable. A lovely basement flat in a beautiful villa with a beautiful garden and swimming pool that we had full access too. Absolutely loved the fresh lemon Juice every morning from the lemon tree in the garden. well located to travel and visit around Palermo. we had a lovely time and would gladly return to this Airbnb.

We had a nice time in the house right on the sea. Everything was available to cook with 7 people. It was a bit difficult only with the loungers. Otherwise, everything was fine

We had an incredibly lovely stay. This was due, among other things, to the fact that Marco proactively helped us as a host and when we had an issue with the toilet, he immediately ordered a plumber. The place is really walking distance to the beach, is fenced and has a very nice terrace and space for two cars. The amenities were as indicated. We use the large outdoor kitchen daily. Note that there is no classic living room, but the terrace can be used for this. We enjoyed our stay as well as the island. We can highly recommend Marco and the house.

We had a fabulous stay! It was a dream come true. Pietro was SO helpful answering any and all questions we had. He connected us with local drivers and tour guides so we could experience local cities and have a personalized experience. We also loved the private chef that cooked us an authentic Sicilian meal at the Villa. Everyone felt like family. We all want to return. The villa was beautiful and the location was just what we were looking for in terms of easy access to the beach and restaurants

One of my best stays! Girolamo was a fantastic! He gave me clear instructions how to get to the property and greeted me when I arrived! It was so close to the beach and fantastic restaurants! I would book again!

Ignazio is a perfect host! The check in was easy. He waited for us. Communication was perfect. The house is really big and has an amazing garden. I can highly recommend the house of Ignazio.

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and spacious with three separate bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who like to cook. The outside area and views of the mountains are magical and so peaceful. Loved enjoying morning coffees on the terrace. Emanuela was very helpful and super responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!! Rural location so car needed really, but that is also what makes it such a great place to stay 💚

Antonio’s home was a great place to stay and enjoy Palermo! Frederica was very helpful with anything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Make sure that your rental car is slightly higher off the ground to make sure you don’t scrape your car on the steep driveway to the house. After a couple times the driveway was not difficult but took some getting used to. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Ten day stay with adult family of 10. Everyone had their own bedroom, and there was plenty of bathroom space. Best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb we've been to. Had minor electrical problem, which was quickly addressed and fixed. Maid service very nice. Quiet area, very restful. Awesome accommodations!

Francesco was a super nice host and very helpful. highly recommend the house if you prefer beeing a little bit further away from the city but still close to a small town with options for restaurants, cafes, bakery and grocery store.

Patrizia's villa is beautifully located in Altavilla Milica. It is the perfect place for a family to spend a week in Sicily. As it says in the description, you need a car, but then you have places like Palermo, Cefalu, and Castellammare del Golfo within your reach. If you don't like to drive, you can hang out by the villa pool and just enjoy the surroundings. Patrizia was a very warm and friendly host who gave us great tips and information. I highly recommend staying at this place.

It was a beautiful and wonderful experience and I will definitely book the Airbnb again. The owners are very friendly , accommodating and reliable. The view is stunning and way more beautiful than on the pictures , it has everything you need from Sauna , Fitnessroom etc to more than enough space. I can definitely recommend this location to everyone if you want your piece in beautiful mountains and relax✨

Giacomo has one of the most beautiful houses I’ve ever stayed in. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived and everything was set up nice. He was nice enough to provide us with two bottles of wine and some pasta for the night that we arrived and with a beautiful tower of local fruits to eat throughout our stay. Additionally the backyard is beautiful with a perfectly manicured garden and lawn and has a nice patio with sofas to lounge on. The proximity of the house to Mondello beach makes it easy to go to the beach at any time and has plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

We have stayed in dozens of Airbnbs over the years and this is hands down the best stay we have ever had. The property is exceptional but even more so Claudia and her family were absolutely spectacular hosts. It was a very easy drive into Palermo and easy to day trip to other sites and towns. We cannot recommend this property enough.

Brilliant place to stay with fantastic, kind host. Lots of garden space and huge pool. Host was so helpful and relaxed helping us out all the time. Lyra the dog was so fun and friendly. Kids loved playing with her. Short drive from loads of beaches, restaurants etc. highly recommend!

we were a group of 30 people and rentalsitalia was willing to organize extra beds for us. as a welcoming gift we were given pizza, arancini and wine. Halfway through our stay the house owner came by again and brought us a second round of pizzas. he also took out the rubbish every morning and cleaned the pool. there is nothing around you, so it is not a problem if you are a bit loud. a little further away, however, there is a resort that plays music every day. it didn't bother us too much though. wonderful view and really nice and helpful hosts! I can only recommend them.

The accommodation is excellent, with all the necessary amenities. There is parking available, and it’s conveniently located close to Cefalù and Palermo. The host is always ready to help.

I am happy for choosing Natalia's house not only of the wonderful view, the well-kept fruit garden, the constantly cleaned pool, the peace, the functional and comfortable spaces, but most of all because of the host Natalia and her family, who showed the most beautiful features of Sicilian people. From the beginning of communication, any question or problem I had was handled with great care and delicacy: be it "where to buy fish?" or "help with the car tire". Upon arrival, a fridge full of drinks, snacks, fruit, and wine was waiting for us. The smallest detail has been taken care of, so it is impossible not to fall in love with these hosts and with their home. Of course, there are a few things to consider: a car is essential, and sometimes the smell of sheep farms comes through. We travel by our own car, so the spacious parking space was a big plus. The huge fenced yard allowed our poodle to have fun. I will never forget the hospitality of Natalia and this family🙏🤗😍

The seaside access at this Airbnb cannot be matched. This is truly the most beautiful setting! Photos cannot do it a justice. The apartment is spotless, AC worked great, and we had all the amenities we needed. We also got a lovely welcome basket of Sicilian treats, which made mornings so nice and easy for our group. Beds were good for Italy, showers were warm, and the balcony was really very nice. Lovely landscaping too. We'd recommend this to anyone coming to Sant'Elia!

We stayed a week in Terassini and it was like a private oasis. The home is a stone's throw to the beach and water boardwalk. The town piazza with many restaurants, stores, butcher, small grocery stores and pharmacy is also a very short walk. The pool area was a wonderful bonus even without swimming, the shade and breeze from the water was refreshing and calm. The home is immaculate and everything looks like brand new construction - extremely new, clean and also gated. Our hosts were exceptional - Clemente picked us up from the airport which is only a 15 minute drive. The most amazing part of our story is that our host is a first cousin to one of our travel party and we had no idea until we arrived and he told us he had family in Detroit (her husband!!!!). Clemente assisted us in renting a car for a day trip to Trapani and Erice (must, must see) which was extremely easy to do. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

The house proposed by Chiara is very beautiful, pleasant and ideal for our stay with friends. The sea view is breathtaking, the outside of the house is beautiful!! Host was very available to us. However negative points: the bed in the bedroom upstairs squeaks a lot (the box spring), the shower in the master bedroom was not working (no flow and no hot water), regarding the selective sorting of waste: very complicated regulations on the island, we would have needed more explanations in the house on the sorting of waste. We recommend it +++ the house!!
