Guest house holiday rentals in Santa Fe Springs

My family of 4 absolutely loved staying here for the four nights. It was super clean, extremely well stocked, and comfortable. Not to mention the pool and jacuzzi, the view and the peace and quiet! We would without hesitation book here again! Camille was so nice and communicative we felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

Place was great ! Very peaceful, relaxing and cozy! I’m glad i was able to book this gem , i want to stay again but it’s fully booked for next month when im in town again sadly.

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

Great area. Safe, pretty neighborhood. Convenient to area attractions while being out of the city. Kitchenette equipped enough to make simple meals. Many sleeping options for families. Good home base for exploring LA. Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jacob’s space. It was three blocks from downtown and very easy to move around the area. They were wonderful host house was ex extraordinarily comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The space was cozy without feeling crap. We have plenty of room to unpack and plenty of room to move around. We had breakfast either in the dining area or out on the front patio every morning.

First time in california and felt right at home. There’s so much to do around the area and we visited LA frequently throughout our stay. Sarah was super sweet and friendly, she let us drop off our luggage earlier than our check in time and gave us a mini tour of the beautiful guesthouse along with its amenities. We felt super comfortable and right at home. 10/10 would highly recommend.

The apartment has the essentials for your stay in the area: it is not big or fancy, but it is perfect if you just need a base to sleep while during the day you go to some events. The area around is pretty calm. The owner is always available via chat and was very quick in solving a problem I had. Definitely recommended.

We stayed in 3 different Air BnBs during our SoCal trip, and Kim's cottage was by far our favorite. It is just as pictured and described--so lovely and cute, and it has far more than you'd need. It came stocked with high-quality snacks, soaps, plush towels, and the most comfortable bed. It's in the back yard of a quiet home, a short drive from the Orange circle. We wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the fire pit. Kim was responsive and accommodating, allowing for a late check-out and checking in with us. The place was very clean and felt so welcoming.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

I must say that this place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! I would ever go as far as to say the pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was an absolute beauty, with a huge hot tub deck complete with a covered outside bar with a grill and room for 10+ guests. The guest itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit. I would most definitely recommend staying here and will be booking a stay here again. Thank you Tracy for your near-immediate responses, welcoming hospitality, and quaint accommodations!

What a fantastic place to stay, enjoyed everything about the studio. I was able to do some work as it's quiet and private, the street is fabulous to walk, kitchen is great to cook in, I found relaxing nooks around the studio to read and relax in. *AN ABSOLUTE MUST-STAY!* Booked Dana’s place for a relaxing getaway with my wife for our anniversary, and we loved every minute of our stay! The little guest house is tucked away right up against a mountain side and is so incredibly peaceful and serene that it’s easy to forget you’re mere minutes away from fantastic restaurants and a vibrant downtown scene. Dana was extremely responsive and patient, answering all our questions and ensuring we had a wonderful stay! We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we visit!

This was my family and I first time staying at an AirBnB. It was a great experience. My children loved the animal end tables. The space was a nice size for us and I especially loved the private side yard and entrance. I will stay again.

Tammy’s place was great! It was the perfect size, clean, styled beautifully. Would stay here again if I was in the area! The washing machine in unit was great.

Had a great time in this cozy space. It was quite spacious and cheap compared to the other options in the area. Sean was also great to work with, even allowing us an early check-in to accommodate a change in our schedule. Most important to us, it was only a 10-minute drive from Disney. The amenities – including television, microwave and fridge – were also great for when we weren’t sprinting around Disney. Would definitely recommend to others!

This spot was just what I needed for this trip! Leticia was very good at communicating for check in and made it known I could easily contact her if there was any issues. The accomodation was lovely, comfortable and felt very homely. I was very happy with this stay and I’ll happily stay here again. Leticia and her husband are gorgeous and their puppies are the cutest! This was a great little place for our family. Everything was clean and there wasn't anything we needed to ask for. The place is a 15 minute drive to the beach, and is in a very nice neighborhood. Close to food and gas!

This was a very nice place to stay at. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and a very short drive to restaurants and shopping centers. The koi pond was spectacular and it was very peaceful listening to the water at night. The space was small, but everything was extremely clean, well kept, and up-to-date. It's the perfect spot if you just need a place to sleep (bed might be too small for the taller folk).

The home is very convenient especially for me - close to Disneyland and Asian food. It’s clean and quiet.

This was easily one my best Airbnb experiences in recent years. It was a perfect spot for a solo traveler looking for a quiet space and neighborhood that is also not far away from what LA has to offer. Will was very communicative, accessible and accommodating. I would highly recommend this spot and I would stay again!

This was a perfect stay for two people. The hosts were very helpful with our check in and we were so pleased with the space. Everything was provided for that we could possibly need during our stay (shampoo/soap, pots/pans, tea/coffee, etc). We thought the bed was especially comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Phillip’s place was really great. It is nearby Arcadia so it was close by enough to go there to get food or boba. The bed was really comfortable. There is also a sofa that does set into a bed, but it is definitely quite firm not as good as the actual bed was. Phillip himself was a great host he was very communicative, responsive and friendly. The place is really easy to get into and I love that they save you a parking spot.
