Great place, great location, very safe place, comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities me and my family needed for this trip. In regards of René and Maite, great hosts. Very responsive, very respectful, they were very attentive to every detail to make our stay memorable; and it was memorable.

Everything was excellent

Sergio's apartment is perfect, well finished, well distributed, well maintained. The location of the best of Salinas, in front of Chichipe beach. You cross the street and you're on the beach, the building provides you with chairs and umbrellas. The A/C works well, the kitchen is beautiful, it has everything you need, the refrigerator is perfect. Impeccable bathrooms, spacious and good showers. And Sergio's intervention, the perfect one, is available and pending, everything is explained from the beginning, without the need to look for it additionally. In his apartment I felt at home and I am a very delicate guest with my hosts but also demanding in my tastes. I would return without thinking! And I recommend it if you travel as a family and want to have a perfect, calm and very comfortable time.

The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, it has a beautiful view and is very well organized and distributed. Very comfortable to go with the family, we had a great time and will definitely come back!

David was an excellent host. Every communication was promptly responded to. He is also bilingual, which was very helpful since my Spanish is very poor. Would definitely recommend his condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Salinas Ecuador, the best way possible!

The accommodation is impeccable, everything is tidy and very complete. Everything is very well equipped. The area is very safe and has parking lots. The host is very friendly and helps you with directions to enjoy the accommodation. Ideal for spending time with family or friends... I highly recommend it 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A cozy place, with a spectacular view, we had an amazing time, the apartment is larger than we expected and has everything we needed. A fascinating place to go with family or friends, the pleasant thing is the hospitality with which they welcome you in the lobby and we thought it was great that the building management gives you a free parasol on Chipipe beach.

We had a nice time with my family. We'll think about this place the next time we go to Punta Carnero.

Highly recommended place, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, all the amenities and it didn't lack anything at all. From sheets, towels and so on, to what is needed for cooking. Maritza gave us transportation numbers from the airport to the accommodation (Sarita), whom we also recommend using her service, as well as local transportation. Highly recommended

Super friendly host. Always willing to help. The place is beautiful a super large pool and sauna, soccer field etc. What to bring is repellent and a mosquito spray. The location is perfect for lounging, with quick access to the beach and a very quiet environment. The host was very attentive and was always available for any questions.
