Excellent host is very friendly. The apartment is very nice, has a view of the sea and the beautiful city, a super large balcony, a large pool and with a spectacular view. I will definitely be back!

Modern and minimalist loft, 100/100 recommended. The pool area and lounge chairs invite you to relax both day and night. Julie is an excellent host. Very attentive, willing to solve your needs and concerns. She recommended places and got them right.

It's a very comfortable, elegant apartment. The location is spectacular for relaxing, the beach area in front of the building is quiet. The pool area is very comfortable, a good pool for training and the facilities are all clean.

The penthouse is even more incredible than the photos show - it’s so beautiful, modern and well furnished with all of the little touches that make it feel homey. We’ve been able to cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and we have panoramic views of the beach and the surf break at La Punta. Also to mention that the linen is high quality, and the mattresses are the comfiest I’ve slept on so far in 5 weeks in Ecuador. Thank you for hosting us Gracie!

Thank you Zyanya! I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying at Pelicano. La Punta is quiet and I loved that I could easily walk to town or to some of the local restaurants and then retreat back to the quiet. I will definitely return!

An incredible place with an excellent location, it takes me many surprises, the truth is that the photos do not do justice for what the place is. A huge rooftop with a beautiful sea view, you can see the sea to from the jacuzzi. very good induction kitchen, has pans and cooking pots. The spacious room with a large and comfortable bathroom, has a washing machine. You can walk to the beach, it's just five minutes away. Safe place, trolley park is internal with roof and secure. The host Mario is always attentive, friendly to help as much as possible. I'll recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful apartment, the building is very nice, the pools are very well maintained, the beach is clean and not crowded, the security of the place is very good, it was very easy to enter and the whole place corresponded to what was described, the only thing that needs to be improved is the water pressure in the showers, but the truth is that it is not very relevant for how beautiful the place is!!! The location is spectacular, less than 3 minutes away is the shopping promenade where you can find everything...

Bernhard's apartment is cute, everything is as shown in the pictures, clean, cute decor and impeccable. Bernhard was very proactive to answer me for any concerns. The building pool is spotless and the beach club unbeatable. I'm sure I'll be back with my family.

Everything is amazing! The house is beautiful and impeccable, complete and very comfortable, my children and I enjoyed the 24/7 jacuzzi, Ma Elisa's service is great, always attentive before, during and after the stay. I would definitely recommend this house and we would return, we love Ayampe ♥️
