It's better than what's shown in the photos! In a super safe, family friendly, well-maintained beach, the development has a playground that flows into a saltwater lake where you can go swimming or kayak, inflables. The beach super close to the house. The house has very good distribution : it has 3 bedrooms each with its full bathroom, in addition to that on the ground floor it has a room with full bathroom but no door, in addition it has an employee's room with two beds and its full bathroom. The phenomenal bbq area with ocean views, pool and hot water Jacuzzi. The gentleman who takes care of the house is very friendly and helped us at all times, he even helped us put tent and chairs on the beach! I would definitely go back to this house.

My family and I had a great time. The house has a beautiful of the beach. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Josefina was very helpful and assisted us with our meals ( for an additional fee) overall our stay was very comfortable. The only downside is that there is nothing to do around and the shopping center is about 20 minutes away, in addition the kitchen is outdated.

We enjoyed our stay! No more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in the area. It is a quiet and safe community. We were able to take nightly walks after grilling with no issues. The home is very cozy and could use some updates but that would not prevent us from returning. Everything that is posted is at the home and ready to use. We had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice and absolutely clean. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great outdoor kitchen – it was superbly equipped and had everything you need for cooking. Mario was a great host: very helpful, friendly and gave us many valuable tips about the place, including recommendations for great restaurants. The beach is only 4-5 minutes' walk away - perfect for surfing or just relaxing. Ayampe itself is a very special, magical place that has enchanted us. We can only highly recommend the accommodation and the entire experience!

The house is divine! Super cute! The only thing is that the kitchen is super small and has low light, it could be better illuminated. The rest is perfect!

great place to share as a family

This is the second time that we have chosen this house for our family vacations. We love the place, quiet, you can walk to the beach.

Tania is a wonderful host – truly passionate and wholeheartedly dedicated. She took great care of me, was always available, and is such a kind and warm soul. I immediately felt welcome and well looked after. The place was spotless, very well maintained, and offered plenty of space, giving you that relaxed holiday feeling without breaking the budget. The location is absolutely stunning – peaceful, close to nature, and with a breathtaking view of the sea. I felt completely at ease and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

The place is great: pretty, quiet, safe. Everything was as described, and the small pool area in front of the houses is particularly nice! The welcome is perfect (from everyone), and the communication is very effective, before, during, and after. The hosts are nice, pleasant and accommodating. In short, I would rent again without hesitation!
